Wonderful large portions of delicious breakfast items. Restaurant is decorated with fabulous art and jewelry store. Definitely a place to visit. If you are looking for a real cup of English tea, they have a great selection . Just. Make sure you ask for hot, boiling water.

Bizarre, kitschy decor with eclectic menu. The portions were ENORMOUS, so we over-ordered thanks to the waiter who made the dishes sound as if they were a quarter the size they actually were. He entirely misled us because we made a point of asking. So buyer beware. The apple/goat cheese/watermelon salad was a play on a Greek salad, and it... More

Had lunch here in April 2014, limited menu was a disappointment. Fish and chips a bit oily with thick breading. Fried chicken tasted oily as well. Friendly service. Much better places in SMA.

This was our second visit to this restaurant and we do agree with many reviews that it is a charming restaurant and service has been excellent on both occasions. The restaurant does have some outdoor seating but it is right on the street and can be noisy when traffic is busy. Lots of indoor seating and a good atmosphere. Unfortunately,... More

Breakfast is one of my favorite meals when I visit Mexico. I banish my daily start of a poached egg on diet toast and go wild. Who can resist the fabulous savory egg dishes of a Mexican breakfast. Who can turn down mollettes or a chilaquiles verde?? Breakfast at Cafe Rama is a sheer delicious delight. Atmosphere shines - funky,... More

This is a small restaurant with loads of atmosphere. The food is fresh and varied, using ingredients that are in season. This is on the side street that the Rosewood hotel is on, just off the main drag, Ancha San Antonio. (Calle Nuevo) Portions are on the small side but tasty.

Jaime (sp?) had a superb eye for making a great hang - out place. I love the chaos by the fireplace, love the at work, love the food. Can't praise him enough for his abilities! Thank you for giving us this spot in SMA!

I spend many evenings alone or in the company of friends and family at Rama's Cafe. This restaurant is very nice and welcoming. Even your well behaved dog is welcome here. The food is delicious but a bit pricey. However it is worthy to pay a little more to enjoy eating there. Rama is a jewel for all of us... More

Loved sitting beside a real fire, cozy atmosphere with good, strong fresh brewed coffee and an excellent breakfast.
