A fine dining experience

Quite a formal restaurant by SMA standards. Quiet and plenty of space between tables. Excellent service from our waiter, Felix. The food was good.

We ate at this restaurant on our first trip to San Miguel back in 1994. Having just moved here, we decided to give it another try and it did not disappoint. We started with a drink in their cozy bar and then moved to the dining room. Felix, our waiter, is so warm and friendly and his English is excellent.... More

A beautiful setting in an old courtyard with loads of ambiance. Our waiter, Felix, was superb! His English is great which helps a lot. His teammates are quick to bring fresh silverware, refresh your glass or inquire if you are in need of something. AND, the food is wonderful! It starts with an amuse bouche( this time it was a... Our experience was superb. The bartender was great(Cesar) and the wait staff in the restaurant were also superior. Our meals were excellent and the presentation was top notch and very unusual. I can't say enough about what a lovely evening it was. I definitely recommend this when you are in San Miguel.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel where the restaurant is located and we ate at Andanza our first night. The food was very good, the service was exceptional. It was not very crowded (a Wednesday night) so we had the opportunity to engage in conversation with the server (Berence). She was great - explained the menu items, offered... More

Spending time in San Miguel is magical by any standards and enjoying Andanza on our second night in SMA was just the way to kick off an incredible vacation. Andanza is stunning - situated in a gorgeous hotel, the service impeccable, food delectable and the experience was unforgettable. Our server was so attentive, so sweet, so gracious - can't say... Since my last visit, Andanza has been totally redone and now offers gracious service in a charming setting with interesting food. The red wine by the glass was excellent and generously poured. The Mocajete for 2 contained shrimp, sausage, chicken and beef, as well as cheese and vegetables in a nice red sauce.

Had dinner here last night after some drinks in their beautiful quaint bar. The food was excellent and the service outstanding.
