We had been enjoying such good food in Mexico that we were a little disappointed with the presentation here. The food was very good and the views are stunning. Staff are really wonderful and sweet and so passionate about serving.

Just into town and were quite hungry. This place had passable reviews and was not too far away. It was a cold and windy evening and the staff did their best to keep us comfortable with heaters and such. We were started with complimentary chips and salsa. Salsas were both pretty good; the chips could have been pulled from a... More

Choose this as our first meal of our trip and it was one of the best. Service is Mexico is generally slower than what I'm used to in the States, but it was impeccable here.

I enjoy the view and the atmosphere on the rooftop. The food is not the main draw, however it is very consistent, well served and fairly priced. You are well attended to but not rushed. A nice way to spend part of your evening or mid-day. My wife eat there about once a month.

This restaurant is a must-do in San Miguel! There were two guys that sang to us and others at the restaurant and the view of the main church in town was breathtaking. The food was yummy but too much for me (big portions) - bring a coat, it's a little chilly up there!

This has to be the restaurant with the best view in San Miguel. Worth the trip up the stairs...excellent food and service & great ambiance & location, next to La Perroquia. Definitely worth a visit!

We always make it a point to dine at La Posadita when our firneds come into town. This roof-top restaurant is one of the most romantic places in the city. Of course, you don't return again and again just for the view. The food is delicately prepared and full of incredible flavor. The service is (most times) excellent. Our last... More

Our first night in SMA, this makes for a spectacular sunset/evening dinner spot as the views are Magnificent. Our service was very friendlly and good. We got cold, and asked for heaters, but they were never turned on. This may have accounted for our food being cold and therefore not too tasty. A cold Chile relleno is not my thing... More

La Posadita is a regular place for me for both family and friends. The food is highly consistent and dependably good, the service flawless and attentive. The atmosphere on the terrace outside provides long views over the city. I've been coming here for years and I've never had a bad experience. John Scherber Author of Living in San Miguel: The... We enjoyed our meal under the stars. The food was delicious and we were within sight of the wonderful skyline and could hear the parade below. Margaritas were yum! Such a lovely evening
