Great lunch

We walked in for lunch without a lineup. But after that there was always a line up. Very popular destination owned by a famous Mexican star. Must go back for coffee and churros!!!

If you are in town and if you don't wait in order to get churros from San Augustine, then you are missing most yummilicious churros.. Just go for it, but can't guarantee how much time you will spend in line.😊

As they are very famous and delicious you need to do a big line some times it moves very quickly but it is worthy... I can not say what is the best from the whole menu it all depends on what u like.

This place is always busy. It is my favourite stop for a chorro and a latte. But wait there is more to this place than the excellent chorros. After two trips for chorros we decided to try the other Mexican food and we were very surprised to fine a great Mexican restaurant.

There was no WOW factor. We did enjoy having fresh churros. Some really liked the hot chocolate. This seemed to be always filled by locals but as a visitor I found the restaurant so-so. Sure, I'd tell a new visitor to try it but if they were limited on time there are lots of great other choices.

This is a really fun place to go to a few times, especially if you have children. For about $3 US, you can get a good cup of hot chocolate and 3 churros that are made while you wait. The restaurant has a window on the street showing the churros being made. There is usually a long line to get... More

The hot chocolate is fine, the churros are nothing out of the ordinary but the atmosphere is nice, with overwhelming decoration, the service a bit slow, you can tell this is a touristic place which is going to be packed up any time and the waiters take their time and are not in a hurry... but it is a good... I was dragged there at midnight by my daughter .. who always knows best .. in lieu of dinner. Magically lit churches, people strolling aimlessly, no wind or exhaust fume pollution. Unfortunately the San Augustin connaisseur queue was too long but the take-out service is separate, prompt and efficient. What an experience ! Walk in and watch it be made... More
