We live in San Miguel and love this place for its hot chocolate and churros. It is a great place to go around four in the afternoon for a sweet snack and a pleasant rest. There are three varieties of hot chocolate - Spanish, French, and Mexican - served here, and the churros come with each. The owner - Margarita... More

This restaurant is famous because the owner. Food is good, churros and chocolate are tasty. The restaurant is small and noisy. The worse part is that they only accept cash! No credit cards! It is ok to visit, but not a big deal!

Because this place is owned by a famous Mexican actress, there is usually a long line to get in. It's a small, intimate setting and well worth the wait. They offer a variety of dishes, but the specialty are the churros and chocolate. We had the traditional churros with the Mexican chocolate. Delicious!!

if you are a chocolate/sweets lover, this is it ... Seriously good stuff (around the holidays long lines to get in). I enjoyed every minute of my churros and chocolates :) This is my guilty pleasure and I admit I have been more than once ...

How can you go wrong with this frontal view from my table. Refer to pic's. The Mexican chocolate & churros are a great way to seal the evening.

We stopped by here recently for a Churro - ours was filled with caramel and chocolate and fresh baked. These are very tasty but very sweet - so get some coffee too.

if you like a great place to endulge in churros, this is the place to visit. It was on the list we visited during our "taste of San Miguel" tour and was the last stop. This place is decorated with many baskets hanging from the ceiling, foto's and memorabilia from a famous Mexican actress who's name I forgot. Sorry......but go... More

The best thing was the energy juice with beets and carrots. The breakfast was satisfactory, turkey ham in omelette was cold cut style but not bad. I would come back, I want to try more. Service was good.

Churros with the chocolate choices: Mexican, French and Spaniard. I like my chocolate dark so the Spaniard was my choice.
