I love Media Naranja, but not necessarily for the food. I want to support the young couple that own the place. Media Naranja is just a sweet, pleasant, comfortable place for grab healthy food and get free wifi. It seems a bit expensive at times, but for the reasons above I like to go there. This restaurant was pleasant and the service was friendly, but getting four thin one-inch disks of falafel in an entire falafel pita sandwich, for 65 pesos, was pretty offensive.
Cafe Media Naranja has a limited menu, but all the breakfast entres are really good; the restaurant is spotless, and Cecy is the sweetest server in San Miguel.
This restaurant is a terrific find that serves healthy salads as well as other tasty offerings.
If you are looking for a place where to have a nice, clen and inexpensive breakfast or lunch (sandwiches and fruit juices are very nice), this small basic restaurant on Hidalgo is probably the answer. They don't open all year round. PELUCH
Very slow service but friendly , love the fresh juice but food is average.
After reading the reviews we decided to head here for breakfast. It's a tiny cafe on a second floor where I at least expected and open terrace, but unfortunately it was a tiny closed spaced with closed windows. The food was ok, nothing to write home about, but the service was very good.
We have been back in San Miguel less than a week and already we have eaten at Media three times. Great food with a healthy organic feel, and great value. The stairs can be a problem for some, but otherwise no reservations about recommending this restaurant.
