Yum!

My husband has eaten here in the past when it was called "Harrys" and wanted to return. We had oysters for starts, 6 disappeared instantly . Seafood Chowder excellent! Finding Cajun Cuisine in Mexico is not easy so we popped in for lunch on a recent day trip to SMA. It was decent but a little expensive, the service was also a little slow. However the food was pretty decent and the portions ample.

We ended up here on St Pattys day, and the place was hopping. We hear it is hopping every day. The bar was totally packed for happy hour, but the restaurant area had regular seating and was a little quieter. Good menu and food pretty representative of NOL. You can get better food in New Orleans, but this is Mexico... More

Love this place . They have happy hour all day with a special drink featured each day. I love the great variety on their menu. It is the favorite spot of ex pats as well as Mexican tourists.

Stopped in on a whim. We were seated promptly and our drink orders were filled quickly. The restaurant has a bar as you enter but there are quiet restaurant spaces as well. I ordered a hamburger and my husband ordered a Reuben. Both were excellent and large. The coleslaw was a bit spicy but very good. A very nice respite... More

We pulled into SMA around 5 pm...was really looking forward HARRY's for dinner. Walked up from the hotel and saw the name change to HANK's.....first warning. We were seated right away....ordered the only variety of oyster on the menu. ..needed to explain what we wanted to the waiter...had to point out oyster on the half shell to our waiter... oysters... Didn't eat (we were having too much fun) but met friends for happy hour. .. 2 for 1 drinks and good music -- lots of ex-pats hang out here...a good meeting and mingling spot. The service was attentive, and they even have valet parking (most people walk since parking is such an issue here with the small streets and callejons)...

Visited this restaurant during recent trip. had not been there for at least five years. Seems to have changed hands (for the worse). Sat at the bar (which was crowded). The bartender was very charming and service was prompt. We thought we were in "two-for-one" land but it only applied to my beer, I was told. When the bill arrived... More

The food when I went was wonderful....the french onion soup was perhaps the best I've ever had, and a spicy sausage pasta dish was over the top good. I'd be tempted to give it five stars, but the music -- too loud and totally inconsistent with such a nice restaurant -- put a damper on the evening.

Initial service pleasant and attentive, but delivery and quality of food hilariously bad. Nothing arrived in the right sequence, and when it did.... French Onion Soup stone cold (comment, "It was cold last time I ordered it too...") Pasta with soft shell crab warm, but a complete mush. Trout Almondine overcooked and dry. An order of Fried Oysters turned out... More
