Just moved into the area into a semi derelict house just across the road! Apart from great food and wine, the welcome and helpfulness of Naomi and her staff are simply second to none. Would highly recommend.

Went for a lunch then returned for evening drinks . Service at lunch was exceptional with the charming Jess looking after us until well after closing time having had a couple of New York strip steaks with trimmings. Evening service would have been great except for the miserable mumblings of the pub manager Naomi ! Having spent ( including tips)... More

Our second visit here and it won't be the last. Try the Whitebait and the Surf & Turf you won't need a pudding after that lot, that's if you can resist the choices of sweet. Wine reasonably priced at £16 for a basic Rioja.

A good local; friendly staff, with a wide choice of food and well kept beers. Closed on Tuesdays I think - so perhaps that's when the previous reviewer made his stop - I'd suggest he try again.

Drove in the car park about 1.15 (lunchtime), door closed, car park empty, no sign of life. The next pub along the raod was in Marlborough!

We felt welcomed from the minute we walked in,nothing to much trouble after travelling up from Plymouth. Lovely place, lovely food and fantastic customer service following a slight issue. I would recommend it and plan to visit again as I regularly visit pewsey.

I recently visited the French Horn with my wife and daughter and friends from Brazil with their two children. The service was excellent and very friendly. We had a meal and it was first class. The waitress was particularly good with the children. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them and we enjoyed our visit tremendously. Our friends really enjoyed... More

We called in on a Sunday evening as we didn't want to cook. As usual the meal was excellent with quick and efficient service even though the pub and restaurant were both busy.
