I liked it

Ditched Gitanos and came here... Good decision. Super nice staff, great cocktails, really good food. Tuna tostada was really good. I have been here on past trips, on nights when they have a DJ in the back bar, which was fun. :)

Maybe it was just a hot weekend, but we had dinner here and all decided it was not great. The restaurant was incredibly hot at 8pm (we were all actively sweating!) and the food was mediocre. It was also so dark that none of us could read the menu or see our food. We wouldn't return.

Another gorgeous jungle side restaurant in the playa area. This one sits on a cute block of shops and restaurants, and we noticed it's charm off the street, and vowed to come back for some cocktails. The design of this place is remarkable, effortless chic, modern vintage, every detail is picture worthy. We didn't have food, though we were impressed... More

Casa Jaguar is an upbeat, trendy, outdoor jungle delight. I love the candlelit vibe. I've visited twice, once for an early dinner in low season with no crowds. Returned in December for drinks and it was extremely busy. Come for the mezcal cocktails! Can't wait to return in November!

Great food, great jungle atmosphere! We were reluctant to come because of some of the reviews, but a friend recommended it and I'm glad we listened! One of the best meals we had in Tulum.

First off, I hate being negative, especially while on vacation in such a beautiful area and I really want to love this place, I really do. My wife and I ate here three times while in Tulum and the tuna tostada was absolutely delicious. I mean fantastic delicious. The entire ambience of the restaurant with its open air concept and... Went here a couple of times, the manager was rude both times. Shame as this place is great for breakfast, especially the smoothie bowls.

After being referred to this restaurant we decide to give it a try. It looks awesome from the street. Upon entering, there was no one who greeted us, so we were left standing at the bar for about 3 minutes wondering if we should seat ourselves or if a host/hostess was ever going to approach us. Finally, after apparently looking... More

Beautiful, jungle setting. Very nice and attentive staff. The fish of the day was excellent but could not be outdone by the tuna tostada. In the top three things we ate in Tulum. Interesting mescal cocktails. We will go back if we are in Tulum again!
