Beautiful location and setting. Food is very good (not great)

The setting is the BOMB and the food and drinks are very good and reasonably priced. Worth it for the view and setting alone. Get the whole fried fish. That was excellent.

Popped into Zamas for a late lunch one day after a morning of activities. Ordered a fresh juice which was delicious and the cerviche... unfortunately cerviche and guacamole obviously sound too similar so that is what I got instead. No complaints with the guacamole it was delicious but just not what I had ordered & by the time I realised... More

We read that this was a place to go in Tulum. We decided to have breakfast here on our way out of Tulum. We were blown away by the fresh juices offered. We tried one of each along with a cold brewed iced coffee. The view is exquisite, right on a rock overlooking the ocean. The food was good, well... More

Great seafood and breakfast and coffee. Live music makes it a 5 star really. Always crowded. On water.

Great views, great service, very friendly service! The food was great! We went there 3 times: dinner, dinner and breakfast, although we were staying elsewhere.

We wanted to try a different restaurant while we were passing through Tulum and wanted it to be near the beach. Zamas was the place we selected. The view from the restaurant was of a small cove along the shore, which was very scenic. We watched the Pelican's dive for seafood, but we ordered from the menu. We ordered nachos... More

Went looking for dinner in Tulum after a day at the ruins (truly spectacular) and a Casa Cenote (really interesting). We arrived at 6pm and found we were one of only two tables occupied outside. The view was very nice and the staff was friendly. It took 25 minutes to get our drink order put in (it's Mexico-I don't mind... More

They have very good fish & chips. They also have seafood, pizza and pastas. But for me the best was the fish & chips. Make sure to bring enough cash: the last time I was there they didn't take credit or debit cards. Sometimes there are mayan women selling their hand embroidered blouses, which make great souvenirs. I've also seen... More
