Great ceviche!

This place has fantastic ceviche! Although it took forever to get our food, it was well worth the wait!

I don't know where the new location is as I ate here a while ago,but i heard it moved closer to the beach strip. It's a simple menu with simple seafood fare and choices. It's really delicious and not over sauced. I generally get the shrimp here. shrimp cocktail or ceviche then grilled shrimp. It's also great for lunch when... More

We ordered a plate of ceviche as a starter. As we were hungry we opted for the large portion. We got a MASSIVE plate, thankfully the waiter allowed us to cancel one of our entrees so we could enjoy it that much more. Would return just for the fish ceviche.

We came across this restaurant by chance, we were a tad lost going to Tulum’s exotic beach areas. Stopped to have a drink and ended up having lunch. Ordered lime soup, took a long time for it to arrive on the table, but when the dish arrived it was delicious. Don’t be fooled by thinking just because the soup is... More

I don't know if we went there on a bad day but 4 persons of our group (5) were sick after a diner at El Capitan (close to Chedraui, on the beach road) We ordered their suggested best option, The Parrillada de Mariscos + a mixed ceviche , for the group. The ceviche was ok but they added some sort... More

The food was so good here, we ate there twice. We just happened upon this restaurant on Christmas Day, and were happy that it was open. The food was absolutely delicious, with large portions. The whole fried fish was out of this world, and done perfectly. We ordered a seafood platter for two, which fed us the next day with... More

Big helpings which you need after walking around all day. Great breakfasts too. Worth the visit, alot of repeat business and locals go there. Ate there a few times and everything was good. Veggie options for the non-carnivores as well.

This has become our favorite restaurant in Tulum. The burger is the best in town, the race and sea food would feed a family, the fish is great, the service is friendly and you're not hurried like some of the other places in town. El Capitan used to be on the main street, it's well worth finding them on their... More
