Stopped by this fabulous little restaurant after a visit to the ruins at Coba and Tulum. It is easy to find on the main road, not far from Tulum. There is a great outdoor seating space with lots of deep shade and, on my visit, a gentle cooling breeze - just what was needed after a hot day of sightseeing.... More

We stop at Urge Taquito on the north end of Tulum everytime we come to Tulum and have a large ceviche, a couple of al plancar fish tacos, and shrimp chalupas. It may not look like much from the highway but it is always filled with locals who know what good food is and a great value. You can and... More

The fish tacos are amazing. They are made from very fresh grouper caught daily. The batter is light and well seasoned. The toppings are served from a taco bar. They are also fresh with many choices of delicious sauces. The waiters are very friendly and helpful. The prices are terrific. Go there. Not to be missed.

A must try if you're into food that's cheap, easy and delicious!! Had tacos pescado, y tacos cammarones, 3 was WAY too much for me, but I took it like a champ, sucked it up and ate every morsel on my plate! The bar and sauces to dress your tacos was the best - my favourite was the chipotle tamarind,... More

What a pleasant surprise it was to stop on the side of the road at this quaint restaurant. The tacos were delicious, especially since you get to dress them yourself at the salsa and topping bar. We liked it so much, we went twice during our three day stay in Tulum.
