sure thing... if you do not like taking risks at dinner time.

It might not bee the most famous Tulum place, but certainly is one of the best. The ambience, low light, wood furniture and the Mezcal bar make of casa Banana a very nice place to have dinner or late lunch, but what I most like is that of all the times I have been there, food has always been of... read more

I had the best duck I've ever eaten--absolutely delicious. Attentive but not overbearing service. We had a toddler with us who was welcomed.

This beautiful restaurant is part of the Hotel Neuvo Vida. All candle light, quite striking especially at night. Emphasis on meat, some fish. Our experience would have been better if we had not had a waiter with a really crappy attitude.

The food was great and plenty! The atmosphere was also cool. But we were surprised by the relatively high prizes.

Went to this restaurant with friends and had a great time. Great food. Interior is good. Staff is friendly but during busy times forgets to take an order.

we went for lunch, so it was empty. During the day the parrilla is OFF, but the other food on menu is also great. We had a delicious meat milanesa and a very good sandwich.

I enjoyed Casa Banana a lot. It's like Hartwood - only without having to waste a day trying to get a booking! (not what anyone wants to do on their holiday!) The service was great, the food was really tasty - excellent salads and starters. The drinks are excellent though the wines are a bit too pricey. Location is really... More

This restaurant comes up in the blogs as the place to go, so we went. The wait was 40 minutes for a table, which is a tad long since there's plenty places without wait around, but we figured, it was worth waiting for. The decor was gorgeous, the ambiance was romantic, lots of candlelight in the open air. When they... More
