So this place is AWESOME! However, its a little different how it works which confuses people and if you don't understand youll get frustrated. The beach and restaurant are separate when it comes to ordering food vs drinks. When you get there, walk thru restaurant and down steps to beach. Pick chairs you want(singles, doubles with shade, etc). Those chairs... More

Average cocktails, uninterested waiters and tip straight included in the bill. There are far better places to enjoy the beauty of the Tulum beach!

Our hotel recommended this place to me and my partner and we truly loved it. It was about a 20 minute bike ride from Tulum town. It's costs 100 pesos for two chairs and an umbrella... Totally worth it and you can stay all day. You also have access to clean toilets. The staff are friendly and the food was... More

I was there for a day with a friend. it was a very convenient deal: we paid like 5 $ for beach chairs and a few more if you want a palapa for some shade. the location is spectacular on a beautiful stretch of beach. the waiter told us that we would have paid at the end of our day... More

We spent 2 days enjoying the beach - get the chair with the umbrella (around 14 USD each) and drinks from Heyder (waiter - great!!). Don't plan to eat inside - food was not good and service was very confused and disoriented most of the time. If you must, sit at the bar - much better service. Food orders take... More

La vita e Bella is a lovely place to hang out for the day. You can rent lounge chairs and drink margaritas or get a table and eat. We did all of these things and had both lunch and dinner there. The beach is beautiful. The service at dinner was great but at lunch it was slow and we felt... More

Came for dinner after seeing the restaurant during a walk on the beach. When time came to pay the bill we first were told they don't take credit cards. After explaining that we did not know that, they said OK we will take your card but they would add 5% to the bill. After explaining that we know that violates... More

I am hesitant to make public this place with a review for fear of it becoming crowded and spoil the rustic charm of the place ...... When ever I have visited Tulum for a day at the beach, La Vita e Bella is my destination. this was my 4th time over the last 10 years or so to visit for... More

Food poisoning after eating here. Couldn't eat anything after I had my horrible (and very expensive) meal and proceeded to vomit it all out once I was back home. The chicken quesadillas are actually disgusting, I couldn't even finish one of the three that were served on the plate. 5% fee to use your credit card. Horrible.

Great restaurant, fresh red snapper and lobster straight off the fishing boat. Good Mexican breakfasts and sea right in front of you.
