VERY GOOD ASIAN FOOD. NEVER A DISAPPOINTMENT

We were here two years ago and so enjoyed our dinner that we returned again this year, and it was as good as we remembered. The menu is not your typical Asian menu. There are many interesting choices and we once again enjoyed the experience. The location is on a side street about a block or so... read more

This is a very nice place if you are looking into something with a nightlife ambiance, music is pumping sometimes even a bit too high, but if you are up to party you will like it. Food is very good, I recommend the rock shrimp or the pulpo, right across the street you will find all the main clubs to... More

The chefs prepare great asian fusion dishes, the waitstaff is very professional and attentive, and I have always loved the decor. For a restaurant that focuses in quality food it's hard to be in a location near the neighboring clubs. If you schedule a later dinner at 8 pm you will end up in a full of club concert, unable... I've been there like 10 times in the last few years but on my last visit last week I was disappointed about everything. The service was terrible, they had around 3-4 waiters for the whole place and it was crowded, some of us ordered 4 times a martini and they just didn't bring it, when I tried to reach the... More

On our last day at Playa del Carmen we decided to have dinner in one of the most talked about bar/restaurants, Diablito Cha Cha Cha. We were expecting much more from this place, especially because it was very recommended by a lot of friends. First thing that went wrong: Upon arriving with our reservation we where sat in the bar... The drinks were good but a little weak and overpriced. I loved the feel of the place, not a dance club like the place across the street, more like a lounge/club. They still had pretty loud music, but you could chill on a couch with a drink and have a conversation. The food was really the highlight. I think we... More

I happened to be walking by with my wife and heard the music (Tuesday night) from outside. They have a great tropical vibe, $10USD for a mojito, not the cheapest but it's not expensive either. The music was great, they had a dude mixing live some "Acapulco 60's" like tunes.

In my trip to Cancun I went to the amazing 5th avenue in Playa Del Carmen. We went to this amazing little place (kind of japanese food) that had variety. As a vegetarian myself I ate delicious rice and soy beans. The yakimeshi was so good (huge but really good) and my family ate delicious fish. I was so full... More
