This local restaurant bar is a must while being in Playa.... its located at the heart of all the action in downtown.... The food was delicious... you really should try their Roca Shrimp and Tuna Tataki.... The only thing is that after 10, this very authentic place turns into a full throttle bar and the music gets a bit loud... More

Diablito Cha Cha Cha is one of my favorite restaurants in Playa del Carmen...the food will blow your mind (the grilled octupus is delicious and so is their sushi). People looking for quite romantic dinner should not go here as it's located right across the street from the club district....

This is a popular hotspot . . .you can eat on this comfy sofa chairs/lounge furniture or a table or bar.. .and they all work... we loved siting on the lounge chairs and people watching the crazy playa atmosphere. . .we came here every night we were in playa area for four straight nights.. .. on one occasion .our waitress... We really enjoyed our dinner here and a nice change from the foe we had been eating. The crab claws are a must as are the tuna tostadas. yes it is noisy because of the club across the street, so conversation takes strong lungs, but most all of the restaurants on Main Street or streets close to it are noisy... The environment here is nice, and if you're looking to go to a club soon after dinner, you need only walk a few steps in any direction to find one. I really liked the fruity drinks and the sushi that I ordered, as did my boyfriend. Our other friends enjoyed the steak skewers, but both had tummy aches later that... More

Stopped by to get some drinks but it was simply impossible to even say a thing to my partner. The music next door is simply too loud that can't hear what they are playing, specially if you seat in the corners. The music Diablito bar plays is very boring. It makes no sense to have a launch bar next to... More

This location is where all the action is! the food is excellent and inexpensive you must try the Diablito Shrimp, kinda like Rock shrimp in a sweet orange batter, and the Asian rice is excellent. The place is very clean and very nice, however if you don't want crowds or loud music this is not the spot, but you can... More

My husband and I decided to go here after all the reviews. It was the worst meal of my life. The only thing I give one star for is the drink we both ordered. It was a mango margarita and delicious. I ordered fried rice and what came out was rice sauteed in soy sauce with mushrooms and chicken. No... More

The service was just quite enough, but you can tolerate that when you taste the food. We ask fist for a sushi roll, whish was good; Tuna tostadas were very good, teh tuna was in perfect conditions and well condimented, the tostada a litlle bit with out the "crunch" but beacause the wetaher. The favorite dish was some rice fried... More
