Took a stroll off 5th avenue looking for a place to get good food and good atmosphere... Well we definitely found it. Los Tacos was decently priced, not cheap, but not expensive either. Best part about it... Location. Service. "Johnnie" our sever was funny, accommodating and made the evening great. Glad we stopped!!
It may not be completely 100% cheap delicious mexican you can get elsewhere in the area, but damn is it ever a filling and tasty meal! We ate there for lunch and were still full come 10PM that evening - their free wifi is also lovely when you're on vacation looking for a quick check in waiting for your meal...

I just left there after a tasty taco plate dinner and good Mojito for a late dinner. I would say the price seems a little high but probably would have been a better value had I tried more than two of the salsas. I will definitely go back but probably just stick with the three tacos next time around.

3 tacos for 65 pesos! no way! you can get a taco right outside of 5th av for 10 peso. Total rip off - and there is nothing special with those tacos.

PROS: food, obviously. Recommended: grilled shrimp tacos (yum!). Chicken taco plate-Has five or six different sauces ranging in flavors and from mild to hot. Ate a quick dinner here one night and had the best tacos of our trip. They were delicious and the margaritas weren't bad either ;)
This was out last meal in Playa and for the price it was very good. I had the pork, steak and chicken taco's that were good. My husband had the shrimp fajitas which were excellent!! Great service and good location.

My wife stopped here on our way back from the beach, and I'm glad we did some of the best tacos we have had in our many visits. Great food and value for being on 5th Ave, with excellent service.
