We ate at Asiana every day. The sushi is pretty basic but we Teppanyaki was DELISH! We tried the salmon, shrimp and snapper. We had both Teriyaki and Teppanyaki. The wait staff was amazing...so was the fried ice cream.

Food was excellent, can see the chefs cooking, the restaurant was very clean and the staff treated their guests excellently. Nothing was too much trouble, this was our favourite restaurant.

We had dinner twice during our 8 night stay! The food is delicious and the service is just as good! Wonton soup, sushi, sping rolls, Salmon, mixed teriyaki, tempura ice cream are all wonderful!

Very disappointing! Management is rude and disrespectful and absolutely not worthy of your money. With many other options within walking distance, I would strongly recommend that you walk a few blocks in any direction for a much better experience. In addition, children are not welcome and unless you are a guest of the Royal Playa hotel, you are only welcome... More

Even though we had a reservation, there was a bit of a wait. Would have liked a table not so close to the door. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

This was one our favorite places. We ate here at least once daily. We tried a variety of different courses including duck, beef, shrimp, and lamb. The fried veggies and rice options were also equally amazing. Every evening we would also order the fried ice cream, which is like nothing I have ever tasted. We would resort the resort again,... We ate dinner at Asiana three times during our stay at The Royal. We loved all the food! The sushi was incredible, the terriyaki beef was perfectly cooked and delicious, the pork curry noodles were the perfect spice and the duck asilao was just perfect. The tempura battered ice cream was one of our favourite desserts of the trip. Every... More

If you are staying at the Royal, Asiana is included in the all inclusive meal plan. Don't be shy! The food is free. Order anything and everything. Find something you like and keep ordering it. The shashimi is good. Order three. Tip the waiter as soon as you arrive to expedite service :)
