Just returned home from a week in Riviera Maya. After what started as a horrible night at Coco Bongo our group of friends was lucky enough to salvage our one night out in Playa at The Blue Parrot. Entrance was free for ladies and $45 US for open bar for men. Our group had a great night dancing to the... More

Had a very good night out at Blue Parrot in Playa del Carmen. The entrance was free and the mixture of Spanish and English dancing music was great. The club is located on the beach and it was nice and cool all night long.

Please please avoid this place, the drinks are watered down, staff are very rude and lots of aggressive people in there who are looking for a fight with some Gringos. This place has had it's day. Move on like you should.

My husband and I were walking down 5th Avenue looking for somewhere to eat when we came upon this Hotel/Restaurant. It doesn't look like much until you go in and it was very cozy and quiet. They had a fish pond with Gold Fish next to the tables which was a very nice touch. The Margarita's were great and so... More

We went to dinner here on the last night of our stay. It's located right on 5th Avenue. We had the Land and Sea (for 2) and it was one of the best meals I've had. Two lobster, two steak, two chicken portions, and about eight large shrimp with roasted vegetables that comes to your table on a little grill... More

What is it about margarita on the rocks didn't the waiter understand??? The drinks kept coming out like slush - like a frozen margarita. The mojitos weren't very good either. We just stopped in for a drink while shopping and were very disappointed.

Enjoyed a nice lunch and then sat on nice chairs on the beach right in the middle of PDC, and enjoyed drinks from the bar. It was a very relaxing afternoon.
