Very good mixed ceviche, basic but delicious! The grouper was delicious. Rude service at first but they warned up after a bit. A very local place and bit off the beaten path of Avienda Quinza but so worth the time.

Fresh seafood, best of the area!!! Be patient and wait for a table because it is so worth it!!! We had the ceviche and shrimp cocktail, outstanding!!! Very reasonable priced. Don't forget to taste the "agua mineral limonada" highly recommend this place.

This fantastic local restaurant is oozing with authenticity, charm and friendliness. It is for the brave traveler and you won't find tourists here. No English is spoken so be prepared to do your best with whatever Spanish you have - you'll be fine! The way in which you order isn't the most obvious and, if I hadn't been lucky enough... More

Outstanding seafood - muy fresco!! Mariscos in the traditional Mexican style. The seafood is fresh and prepared to order - and served in generous portions. Off the beaten path and not a glitzy Quinta address or atmosphere - and the close at 7 pm! If you want the best, traditional mariscos - this is the place.

This is an amazing fish place that was located right by our condo. SO much food and very reasonable prices. All of the locals go here so you know it is good! There is very little English spoken but it is a must to eat here.

when you see locals dining their, then it's a must! Great food, inexpensive and true to its culture. Whole fish, ceviche, guac, and beer! I visit this place every-time I visit. You will not be disappointed.

I had dinner here and the place is great! It's a locals place and very popular so we had to stand in line for a bit until a table was ready. You get to either order items off the menu and/or pay for fish at the market section of the place and have it cooked for you and brought to... More

Good food, reasonable prices and very local atmosphere. Certainly not elegant, but friendly waitstaff and a steady flow of customers lets you know they rarely get it wrong.

This was recommended by our Dive Master for a great lunch. He was right the shrimp were huge, portions great, service was fun, not the fanciest place but what great food.

This is the first time that I've ever had to wait for a table in Playa, which says something about the food. The restaurant is right next door to a fish market, so you choose your fish in the market and they cook it for you to eat in the restaurant. We had a whole red snapper and shrimp, and... More
