even though the resort was all-inclusive this restaurant was only 2 blocks away and we visited there several times during our 2 week stay and the food was always good and the 2 for 4 happy hour drinks were huge. Yummm

We had been shopping, and fancied something to eat and drink at lunchtime, we were with two friends and our 18 month old son! We popped in for some local food, and were told that it was happy hour ( we had food here twice, and on both occasions it was happy hour) we each ordered some food, and each... More

Nice place great ambience super location needed a beer and some nachos! The sol was great the service was amazing but the nachos, oh dear!! Tortilla chips with chicken beans and cheese, the beans were brown water, so needless to say the chips were completely soggy! And pricey at 240 pesos for 2 beer and a small plate of soggy... More

Stopped here for lunch after shopping on 5th avenue. The food is great, and the beer is nice and cold. The shredded chicken tacos and fish tacos are highly recommended, and the service is great too. Reasonable prices too - I had stopped to look at alot of menus on 5th Ave before deciding to eat here, and alot of... More

We had the El Pastor and shrimp tacos. The meat they never rotated it to keep it from burning. Very dry and burnt. The shrimp tacos over cooked corn tortillas were doughy.

This place was our go to stop to have margaritas as well as the fish. They make a baked fish with garlic on top, was absolutely the best fish we've had since a long time! And their happy hours are all the time, the location is fantastic on 5th ave and they make a great mango margarita with mucho alcohol!... More

Bip Bip's is a quaint mexican flavored restaurant. Anything that we've ordered there is delicious. Their 2x1 happy hour prices are the best in town for margaritas, pina coladas, and daquiris. One of our tried and true in Playa.

This time we branched out from our ever favorite shredded chicken tacos and also got the chicken kabobs. They were fabulous! I have no idea why people rate this place low. The service is exactly what you should expect at any place in mexico. The food is fabulous, the staff is friendly, it's pico de gallo (not salsa). We love... More
