This restaurant serves great meals for breakfast lunch and dinner, and we have one of each each year. Don't let the cream of habenero soup scare you. This is a wonderful soup with incredible flavor. You can eat in the garden, inside, or outside in the front by the street but hidden by vegetation. We love this place.

I went there a few weeks ago after paddle boarding at Mamitas Beach early one morning. It was busy which to me is always a good sign at 8AM on a Monday. I ordered chilaquiles with arrachera and green salsa, It was very good, I ate it all, although I was so hungry I also had two cups of coffe.... More

Went for breakfast and had chilaqueles which were awesome! Food was a bit pricey. Atmosphere was very nice and service was good.

A manager took my order and I told him to surprise me! I got empanadas. Two with veggies and one with meat and cheese, I believe. They were delicious and definitely healthy. I left with my body feeling great. Still, I would've liked to have paid a few dollars less. In my opinion, it was slightly overpriced. When it came... More

A lot of greenery everywhere. You are like sitting in a jungle lol - there were a few house cats when we went which I love. Good food.

Quesadillas, chilaquiles verdes wow! Bread basket is great. For lunch try the shrimp and the tostadas. Prices are on the high side but worth your visit

The Cueva del Chango is a wonderful place for a breakfast or lunch. On 38th street just down from Quinta Avenida, the restaurant takes great advantage of the leafy street and offers a very cool front outdoor seating area cleverly angled so that you sit almost right on the street but not be bothered by the people entering and exiting... I recommend to visit this restaurant not because of food which is average but because of place where it is situated. It looks like if you were eating your meal directly in the forest. People who are afraid of mosquito may feel comfortable because the restaurant is protected by anti-mosquito preparation.

Such a wonderful experience. Go here. Eat green peas, tomatoes and eggs. It sounds weird. It's so good.
