This is a local favorite, a bit off the main drag. Once we discovered this gem, we ate there 3 nights in a row. Favorite - Tuna tostada!

We had 2 beverages and shared a crepe for a snack, mid-morning. We were there during slow season and it was very busy! While there seemed... More

This is always a favorite stop for breakfast while in Playa. It is tucked in between 4th Avenue and the beach. Fresh fruit juice is squeezed and made in any combination your desire. Food is good as is the service. Individual tables are placed amid a small stream and tropicals to create quiet, semiprivate nooks. Mostly al fresco with some... More

Just off 5th Avenue is a gorgeous restaurant with excellent service and fresh fish with different sauces. Our favorite was the mole sauce. Definitely one of the BEST places we dined!!

I would give this place a 7 on a scale of 1 to 5 if I could do it. Do not miss the fried bananas they are to die for. You dip them in sour cream and then some crumbled cheese they melt in your mouth. Everything is served at the right temperature hot when it should be hot and... More
