We've been wanting to go here for years, and finally made it happen last week, twice! Yeah it was that good. The tacos kinda remind us of Dr. Taco! If they only had the lobster tacos. We had both the shrimp and fish tacos, which are fried and delicious! We also had ceviche, which was pretty good as well. It... More

This is my first trip to La Floresta after many trips to Playa del Carmen. I have heard great hings about this place and they are all true. It is on the Federal Highway(307) , out of the way, but worth the trek. Where else can you buy shrimp, marlin, crab and fish tacos for only 20 pesos each. Not... More

The Shrimp Tacos are simply the best! so fresh and tasty, my friend had the fresh fish and said that that was the best he had ever had. It is right on 307 and well worth the look out for it.

This was the first stop in our taco crawl in Playa del Carmen as suggested by Trip Advisor. The service was great but we didnt think the food was anything special. We even tried the shrimp cocktail. Not bad but not worth the taxi fare we paid as compared to our second stop which was awesome.

Delicious "seafood cocktails" fresh, tasty, abundant dishes. The fish and shrimp tacos are spectacular, very very good. The prices? very low cost! Do not expect a super cozy nice place, it is rustic, fun and all the locals go which is a very good sign.

This restaurant is very popular with locals. It is a typical Mexican seafood restaurant which prepares all there orders fresh. They locally source all their seafood daily. The service is very good and the prices are excellent.

We tried it for the first time and it was yummy! It is very the locals go for good seafood tacos and ceviche. We wish we had tried it before! Fresh ingredients and great for a quick bite for lunch.

Greetings, The first order of the day upon arrival to the Cancun airport, was to find a local join to eat fish tacos at my wife's request. My personnal request were to eat a CAMPECHANA coctail. THE BEST OF BOTH: rented a car and headed towards our hotel from the airport, which was located in the Playacar area. Not too... More

We used to stop here all the time on our way down south, but with all the wild traffic in Playa now, we just drive on by, but this time we fought the traffic and stopped in for a quick bite. It looks just the same thank goodness. The shrimp tacos were really good, but in years past they had... More

Best place and prices for a quick lunch, or mid afternoon break. Amazing Shrimp tacos or shrimp cocktail and cold beer. Even the small size is rather large. Fast and friendly service, at this place filled with locals and tourist alike. Floreasta has lots of seating in the shade and always a nice breeze blowing through on a hot day.... More
