We already had dinner at another restaurant. Wanted to check out this place since we've passed on it a few times. Mojitos did not disappoint. I wonder if this is the same chain as the restaurant in Palo Alto!?

Such a Great place music, food, and Great Value. The all you can eat house chicken plate is under $12.00 and they even bagged some up and let us take it home. Such a Great value and a really tastey meal. The Cafe Cubano is by far the best we've had in a Long time. So looking forward to going... More

The food was excellent - incredibly tasty cerviche and a mouth-watering paella, large enough for two to share. For me the best part was the outstanding Cuban band and the salsa lessons. In fact, dancing goes on all night. Even the waiters and waitresses were dancing as they delievered food to tables. It is such a fun place and the... More

This was our first time eating at La Bodeguita, after having walked past it literally dozens of times. On past trips we had stopped in a few times to listen to the music, watch the dancing and have a few drinks -- it's hard not to get drawn in by the sights and sounds as you pass. But, based on... Having lived in Miami for 21 years, we were used to a good Cuban sandwich or Media noche, so with a name like La Bodeguita and a huge Cuban influence we tried the Cuban sandwich and the Ropa Viejo, both were adequate. No Happy Hour but good Mojitos (like the fruit flavored ones). Service is ok, but they have live... More

The place seems to be brought out of Cuba directly! Awesome ambience, live music s great! Good selection of cocktails and food! A definite must go if you look to have drinks and a good dance!

Stopped to try something illegal (we're American). Drinks were cold and well-prepared, service was prompt and friendly, music was wonderfully loud, and I wish I knew how to dance because that looked like an awful lot of fun, too!

We went here for dinner one night while in playa and it was underwhelming to say the least. Their mojito wasn't even good. If you want to learn salsa or smoke Cuban cigars, this is the place to go but skip their food and mixed drinks

The all-you-can-eat orange chicken Cubano is excellent. It is served with rice and beans and fried plantains. Tender, tasty, and free refills happily provided. Goes down very nicely with a classic mojito. Unfortunately we did not stay late enough for the live salsa music – maybe next time.
