If you like it this way

It is a mix between a restaurant, a bat and a dance floor. So some people are drinking, some are dancing and others just have dinner. I just arrived from Cuba and it is not so autenic, but I like it. I was there to dance and for a drink, so I don't know about the food. Services... read more

Spent a night dancing to Cuban music and drinking strawberry mojitos. They were delicious! We also ordered two yummy appetizers. The live music was SO FUN!! We came tired but danced until after 1AM. The staff was very accommodating. We will make a trip every time we visit Playa! Thanks for the fun times.

We have been to Playa Del Carmen a few times this year and this is always our favorite spot! We love the mojitos fried pork chunks, but most importantly Paolo, he is the best waiter that we've ever had and we're from Las Vegas!!!! Go see Paolo and have a delicious meal and mojitos, you won't regret it!!!

We were here last night and I have to say, the food was TERRIBLE! We decided to give it a shot because the menu looked so promising, but none of the dishes we ordered were any good. My dish was supposed to be one of their specialties but everything in it was cold and tasteless, it was a piece of... More

I asked local people for a place to dance salsa and then we went to this pub. It has an stylized ornamentation that recalls the scenarios of the movie Dirty Dancing. I really loved the place, the music and the band! I was delighted with the band playing salsa! I could also notice there were great dancers showing us an... More

We are very upset about the service at this place, the food was really good, but the waitress Cassandra makes our expectations went down... She's not focus on her job, and the other waiters need to take us the order. Is terrible that this kind of place have those kind of persons working there

The music was great, and this was the main reason why our family decided to dine at La Bordeguita Del Mexico. The service was horrible. The waiter spoke only Spanish (which is ok, we are in Mexico) and VERY fast. We asked him many times to speak a little slower so we could understand, he did not do any effort... More

Awesome restaurant on 5th Avenue featuring Cuban food. The atmosphere is casual and food is excellent. I had the Ropa Vieja served with rice and beans - the beef was tender and the whole meal was very tasty. A friend had the Cubano sandwich which he said was absolutely fantastic - that is going to be my next meal there.... More

You can seat on a table on at the bar. The live band playing, nice people around, very good mojitos. The best is that you also could dance there! The food is reasonable price. If you go to Playa, do not miss it.

Tasty, high quality, abundant and reasonably priced food. I had tried it in Habana in 2001. I was surprised to see the restaurant in Playa del Carmen. We liked it and return the following day. We like the carpaccio and the shrimps.
