Had lunch here Valentine's day. Lots of fun and also good food. We shared hot queso and a vegetarian stuffed poblano pepper that was great. Must order a drink just to see the waiter deliver it on the top of his scalp and he will ask you to retrieve it. Also don't forget to shout AaWooHaa!! More

We love the staff and the fun atmosphere of Ajua. We've been going there for years, but this past visit, the menu had changed, and was too fancy and expensive for our taste. More

The service was so special. Victor and crew put on great table side service. The Caesar salad made at the table was the best I have ever had. The Tortilla Soup was out this world. Main dishes were cooked to perfection. My wife and I enjoyed sitting outdoors and feeling the cool breeze after a walking and store shopping. Being... More

This place is great. They get you to come in off 5th street with one menue and give you another. Ask them for the original menue, which is cheaper with a different selcetion of food. We ordered off both menues and the food was outstanding. The service is great with waiters bringing your drinks out on their head. Sometimes they... More

My husband and I had wandered past this mostly empty restaurant one night and were lured in my the waiters. We found the ceviche mixtos and guacamole to be great, along with the service. They also had the cleanest bathrooms I found in Playa (for those who care to know). We did think that the prices were a little high,... More

We had a wonderful time at this unique restaurant. Fantastic service. Food was very good. I had some mayan pork that was outstanding. Drinks were served on top of the waiter's head. More

Not sure what is the whole buzz about this place... The food is nothing exciting or special. If this is 4.5 stars place and on the top 15 list of 315 restaurants, I am scared to go to other places in Playa. Very overpriced for what you get and not tasty. And since when waiters cook your food? Check out... More

We read about the restaurant in a travel magazine and thought we would give it a shot. We are so glad we did. It was a perfect end to a perfect vacation. Not only was the food delicious the staff was very courteous and entertaining and the atmosphere really relaxing. We started out with the ceaser salad, made table side... More

Victor was excellent. Some food was prepared in front of us at the table, and all meals were excellent. Mexican and Mayan food was delicious. The waiters are fun, light-hearted, and quick. More
