Delicious ice cream... come here for great desserts!

I love the ice cream here... try the "champola", a milkshake-like made of a great selection of ice cream.

This place has been around for a long time and the ice cream tastes very original but fake and with lots of food coloring! The chairs and place is old style and meant to be, I understand this but they should remodel to make it look a litter newer as the building looked shabby. the chairs were uncomfortable. I really... Located on Merida main square, this is one the places to have an ice cream. They are actually only two options: one or two scoops. Two scoops means a huge portion of two different sorbet flavors made from fresh fruits. Really enjoyable when the temperature reaches 38°C. Very traditionnal, nothing fancy, but they taste so good...

Lots of local traditional flavors from which to choose. A great place to meet and people watch. Guayabana is my favorite!

Helados colon is a very old business and a must to go, they have the best ice cream, natural flavors also you need to try their sweets pastries. Friendly staff and just sit down and enjoy looking around paseo de montejo. Is an outside seating so make sure is not to hot outside when you go, evening visit is great.

the wife and stopped at Helados Colon on our way back to our hotel on a warm March afternoon. The delicious sherbet hit the spot and cooled us off a bit. It is a busy place for both locals and tourists. I'd recommend this place for anyone needing a cool treat. They even serve their treats with a glass of... More

Merida is a wonderful colonial city that seems to be standing in time. In the midst of Paseo Montejo, you will find Heladeria Colon. Excellent ice creams, for those hot and muggy Merida nights

The sorbet at this place are great you shouldn't miss it. You can enjoy many flavors and it's not expensive. It's located on the main plaza in downtown Merida
