This restaurant is located in a beautiful hacienda with gorgeous grounds. You can eat outside on the patio or in the beautiful dining room. Service was definitely first rate. We each had a martini, perfectly made, unusual in some foreign countries. Our starters were the chicken pibil famous in the Yucatan in lovely peppers with fresh homemade tortillas and an... More

Having eaten several times at Hacienda Teya we wanted to experience eating at another Hacienda without traveling miles. We saw the ads and pictures of this lovely hotel/restaurant relatively close to the city. We chose to eat early for several reasons . One being we wanted to see this lovely establishment and two, we had no idea how to get... More

My mother and I came here for dinner one night while in Merida in Dec. 2014. We found the food to be very good, and the wine selection was excellent for what we'd found in the Yucatan. While we enjoyed everything, I would be inclined to come here again for the beautiful setting (gorgeous patio and gardens) as much as... More

Come here. Let the place unfold around you as you cruise up the long drive. Relax outside, under the canopy beneath the stars. Allow the music to soothe and lull you. Be swept away by luscious cocktails and delicious food. Someday, I want to stay here. It feels amazing and I can imagine a few days and nights under the... More

The restaurant is set up in a boutique Hotel within an old Hacienda. We got a big table at the terrace overlooking the gardens. The setting is amazing and the food options are wide including traditional dishes from Yucatan. Everybody at the table enjoyed their dishes, my cochinita pibil was delicious! On the downside the service is quite slow, the... More

Although we did not arrive in daylight it was obvious this hacienda is a sight to behold. The grounds and restaurant are beautiful and the ambience greatt. Service was also great, but we found the food to be pretty much typical fare. It was - as some reviewers mentioned - not all that much more expensive than other good restaurants.... More

The food is outstanding. Quaint and relaxing atmoshphere. It is a little more money than most restaurants in the area, but well worth the money. Depends on the price of wines you select.

We had dinner several times there. The terraza is beautiful, you can enjoy the beautiful garden and palm trees. Service is a bit slow but attentive. There are many good dishes such as the Xcanatun salad, the queso de cabra con yerba santa or the ceviche de camaron. Lots of yucatan style appetizers.

It is a world class restaurant in one of the Most beautiful and pristine Haciendas in Mérida. The decor and ambiance are superb. The menu is Fun, with Europe Meeting the Mayan Culture. There are native ingredients incorporated in the menu, the ceviche is superb, and I think they prepare one of the best "Sopa de Lima" Mérida has to... More
