Great location - Great decor - Great food

Had dinner at Pancho's twice now and can't say enough good things about it. Tables set up inside or outside with lots of greenery and you want to be outside in the back or even better, on the little elevated dining area. There, you'll have a great view of the spires of the cathedral which are lit... read more

We've been to ponchos many many times over the years and it never disappoints. We dropped in last night and barely got a table, only one left, the place was full. Our waiter Pedro, with help from Sandor and Miguel was attentive, witty and efficient. We started with sikal Pac, an appetizer that is made table side, it's a mixture... More

Pancho's is a great place to go the first night in Merida. This is what we did and started our trip off right. We ordered several dishes from the menu and shared. The servings were hearty, the food was good, the garden setting is lovely, and the views of the city from the rooftop are an added treat at night.... More

We were really happy we found Panchos, the food was top quality authentic Mexican food, well priced, excellent service and cool seating areas with Mexican artwork everywhere. The sopa de lima was excellent.

If you are downtown be sure and stop in for lunch or dinner -- fun place and good food and drink, all at a good price.

The inner patio at Pancho´s is a unique setting to create a truly fantastic experience if the food and chef could have just matched the atmosphere. Unfortunately a restaurant is more about the food than the atmosphere, hence the poor rating I am awarding this place. The menu is quite limited and the beef I ordered medium rate came in... More

We have been to Pancho's three times in 10 days. Once for dinner then a lunch and once for drinks and appetizers. The food has been consistently good. My favorite are the shrimp tacos in a red sauce that have been soaked in tequila. The music in the evening is fun.

My wife and I are here for only 5 days and have been here twice! Dinner 1st of ribs and fish and tonight happy hour and apps. Both experiences have been excellent: the food, wait staff and most of all the ambience!Met the owner/gym tonight..very friendly accommodating man..well done Pancho's!

We went for lunch here and the bar man was fantastic in trying to get a "very important football match" on their TVs. Whilst watching the match we enjoyed delicious burgers. We felt so welcome we went back for New Years Eve - Fab evening, delicious food, great service, lots of fun

THere were 4 of us that went to Pancho's close at the start of January. We were used to sitting at the very top of Pancho's where you get the nice views and wanted to show our friends the view who were new to Merida. For some reason, the top was closed and they wanted us to sit in the... More
