We stopped in here, based on reviews and I loved it. It really ended up becoming my Favorite place! Delicious fajitas, cheeseburgers and Nacho. I don't eat seafood, but the Lobster tacos were a hit. Every night is a different feature. There's not much else to order if you don't want their feature. Known for their 'fall of the bone... More

Went here just for a drink before heading to dinner. Their margaritas are STRONG! The atmosphere is very cool too. Highly recommend.

We stopped at the Soggy Peso for drinks and dinner on the way back to our hotel. My wife's Margarita came served in a Styrofoam cup! That's right! We went all the way to Mexico to be served a Styrofoam Margarita! What a classy establishment! Not only does that show a lack of respect for the customer, but what's worse... More

We visited on Sunday just to get the BBQ ribs they were as great as we had heard and worth the visit. We had 10 in our group and the beer and drinks were ice cold! This is our 4th visit we come whenever we get to Cancun, it has a great staff and fun people whenever we have been... More

Based on other reviews we visited the Soggy Peso and on a Sunday. We were greeted with stares, served a margarita in a styrofoam cup (bad for the environment) and pushed to buy BBQ (we did not). That really wouldn't have been so bad and we actually left happy. We paid our bill in pesos and left a decent tip.... More

The beginning of our visit to the Soggy Peso was great. Apparently the end was pretty good, too, although 3 margaritas makes it tough to recall! Whoa Nellie! We went on Sunday for the BBQ ribs....delicious...and huge portion. The menu is one specialty item per night, so it's good to know what it's going to be before you get there,... More

My husband and I went here this past week and had a fun time. Very social little tourist bar. The margaritas will knock you on your butt though. My husband had three and the rest of his evening was not amazing, hahaha! At least I have good blackmail pictures if I ever need them. I was smarter and stopped at... More

Stumbled across this place after seeing their sign for crispy shrimp tacos as we were on the way to the other side of Isla Mujeres. We went back the next day the food was so good. It's a great little spot with nice staff and other customers, and the food was so good!

We stoppoed at the Soggy Peso on our exploration of the island. It is a small little bar with a thatched roof and hats and flags of all sorts hanging from the ceiling. It sits right on the beach. They have one food special a day and what the do they do right. We had the Sunday barbeque which was... More
