Wonderful Sunday Brunch!

Just returned from Elements of the Island. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the place was. I ordered a mushroom and cheese omelette. It came with freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee and toast. Service was excellent as was the food. Its a place with a friendly atmosphere.

Excellent place for breakfast. The best coffee on the Island . If you find this little gem, you will not be disappointed.

Very good breakfast with a European touch, calm atmosphere, good coffee and well located. You have to go there after your Yoga class... yoga classes are taught right beside this wonderful place to eat.

Had a nice breakfast here, huevos rancheros and fruit/granola. Very good and well priced. Best coffee of the trip as well.

Great food, consistently great food, great atmosphere (great gentle vibe), great service (great owners), great music = a rising star... As far as I have been concerned (for the longest time) no surprise whatsoever!

I love this restaurant! The breads, coffee, breakfasts are delicious and healthy. I usually order the Americana breakfast but they are all good. They have unusual breakfast options as well. After yoga I will order a Chaya to drink....so refreshing and healthy! They grow chaya plants on the property! It is all very MAGICd al!

The best breakfast hands down! Everything is cooked to order and it not the packed breakfast places on the main drag. One street over is a plus in this case.

When we needed a break from the delicious but heavy Mexican breakfasts, we headed here. The homemade whole grain bread and different fruit jams were great- some stuck to that, others ordered the "European" plate that also came with cheeses and a hard boiled egg. Great coffee. We plan to return on our next trip.

And that's the way it always is when I, or the family, come to Isla. I (we) always make Elements of the Island our first breakfast ON the island. Best breads - hands down - on Isla and so much more. Happy that: Elements is still consistently fabulous. Elements is still in the very capable and loving hands of French... More

Even though I had my mind set on a different spot for breakfast, my girlfriend convinced me to come here. Very glad we did! Awesome homemade bread and jams, great coffee and so many healthy choices on the menu... Not that common while traveling. The staff couldn't be friendlier. If you're tired of the typical greasy spoon breakfast, do yourself... More
