Reputation built on breakfast. Dinner just as memorable.

We have been visiting Isla for 11 years and have always made a point enjoying breakfast at Barlitos when they were "downtown". Brad's cinnamon buns are to die for. The food was delicious, but the wait was long. The grounds are beautiful! Would love to see it during the day. Heard breakfast is really good...we'll be back.

The food was delicious, very American though. So if you're feeling a little homesick this is the place for you. The Mexican pizza though, was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. My only critique would be that we had to wait a very long time for our food, I think if they had offered a discount or some... More

As usual we had several meals at Barlitos, it's such a great place. The grounds are beautiful, well kept, pools are clean and inviting, and we are always greeted with friendly helpful staff. For breakfast, you can't go wrong with the eggs Benedict, lunch and snacks the nachos are huge and wonderful. For dinner you can't beat the stuffed grouper.......you... More

Thank you for thinking Barlito is a great place. We love having you on the Island. For many reasons, your positive energy, your love for fostering Isla Animals doggies & your fun toys! Your drone was a huge hit at the Artist Fair & Taste of Isla & now the top item on Barlito's Santa list (ha). He may have... More

Friends of ours took us here for dinner. We had a private gazebo and it was during sunset which was gorgeous. But the best thing was our meals. I had never had grouper and decided to order it. It was stuffed with shrimp, cheese and bacon and its was delicious! My husband had the fettuccine with chicken which he loved.... More

Many thanks to your friends for choosing Barlito Marina Paraiso for your dinner! We are so glad you enjoyed your dinner. For never having had grouper you really began with a most decadent choice! You might be bored with grouper cooked in garlic & butter next time! The grouper roll is a chef specialty & it is a wow, in... More

We had heard wonderful reviews of Barlito Restaurant, but were somewhat disappointed when we finally ate at Barlito's last night. When we arrived, we were met by a staff person who told us there was a fund raiser at the bar and we could eat at the restaurant only if we were guests at the hotel. We guessed it was... More

It is never a good thing to be "Surprised and Disappointed." We wish your experience was different. Barlito was originally a free standing restaurant on the corner of Hidalgo & Abasolo. When we moved over to Marina Paraiso, our focus shifted. We now provide breakfast, lunch & dinner daily for our hotel & marina guests as well as some outside... More

Huge portions of homemade food. Really huge portions, so think twice before ordering. I took much of mine home in A DOGGY BAG. LOVELY LOCATION; AN EASY TAXI RIDE Think about your taxi coming back in 2 hours Went for early breakfast (8:30) and had the [place to our selves

We are so glad you enjoyed your breakfast & did not leave hungry! If you took the advice of my brother-in-law when he was 4, "if you eat slow enough, you can eat forever" you might not have needed a doggie bag! Of course, Brad's brother was referring to donuts & even at 43 years old, he is still known... More

We had three different meals at Barlito and all of them were good, but breakfast was absolutely my favorite. I had the Eggs Benedict on HOMEMADE English Muffin bread. I make my own english muffin bread so I know what good should taste like and this was awesome. We also got cinnamon rolls one morning as take out and they... More

It took finally having the bakery in the same location as the restaurant to finally get Brad to make English toasting bread. I tried & tried downtown but we were so pressed for space & having the bakery a few blocks away also complicated things but yes, finally the perfect nooks & crannies for Egg Benedict. I too am a... We visited Isa in October, and ate at Barolos a couple of times. The service was second to none, staff was friendly, are meals were excellent and well priced. One afternoon we were the only diners and lounged by pool all afternoon.

First off, a special thanks for braving the construction in October. A sewer was being put in while they repaved the road from the car ferry all the way to Chedraui. At times it was nearly impossible to get to Barlito Marina Paraiso or figure out which route was allowed by the traffic police. We are so glad you enjoyed... More

We showed up at this restaurant one week night, and were warned they were so busy it would be 1 hr. before we could even order, more time before we could be served. Thanks so much for coming to support our local music talent & dining at Barlito Marina Paraiso. One of the things we were so looking forward to when we moved was having music!
