We had Breakfast here and also came back one night for an appetizer and some drinks while listening to the music. I would highly recommend both. The breakfast panini's were great and very large. the Garlic Shrimp appetizer was very good. We enjoyed meeting Tiffany and Brad and were glad we did, as they informed us of the Turtle release... We ordered two meals and with both meals the "freshly baked bread" was stale. Toasting it does not make it fresh. My hamburger was under cooked and my husbands chicken was over cooked. We also got bit by the mosquitoes. The managers were present but they were too busy chit chatting to see what was going on in the kitchen.... More

Your experience is very disappointing to me as an owner. I totally agree that recently our homemade buns were not up to our standards. They were fresh but they were not rising properly & were cooked for too long which results in a dry easily mistaken stale bun. We were making changes to our recipe in the last few weeks... More

I had Barlito's blume panini last week. I had heard it was good, but my goodness this is far better than "good." I'd had their panini sandwiches when they were downtown, but this one was sky-high good. I'm heading back there this week for a repeat panini. Loved the outdoor setting too. There are many great eating places in Isla... More

Oh no, it has been one of those days, I accidently posted my response for this review on the one below! As I tell my kids, "No, mommy is not perfect. She too makes mistakes." So it may be a bit confusing but I will respond to the review below here. Thanks for bearing with me! First off, thanks so... More

We stopped by Barlito to drop Tiffany off some early reader english books and to have a famous cinnamon roll for breakfast. The setting for their new restaurant is beautiful with a huge terrace area, a swimming pool, large palapa bar, gorgeous gardens and a beautiful view. Service was exceptionally friendly, and the cinnamon rolls, coffee and fruit salad were... More

Thanks so much for your great review on your experience at Barlito Marina Paraiso. We became quite famous for our paninis when we were located downtown on Hidalgo. On our breakfast menu we brought the most popular paninis from downtown. The Blume is still rocking it as number one. If you ever are interested in the vegetarian version try the... More

I'd heard about the new location for Barlito's Restaurant; we’d eaten at their downtown location during previous trips and loved the sandwiches. This was our first time to the Marina Pairiso. I had the “Blume Panini” It was so huge that 3 of us shared it, together with another dish; it was out of this world good. I told my... More

Thank you so much for seeking out Barlito's new location at Marina Paraiso! While we have changed our lunch menu & added a dinner menu that are different from when we were a café & bakery downtown; we kept our most popular paninis on our breakfast menu! The Blume Panini is by far the most popular. It was named after... More

We so enjoyed having you stay & dine with us during your trip to Isla. Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We love that you tried so many things on our menu. The wings really are one of my favorites too. I am not a fan of only fried wings so I have always enjoyed how... More

Thanks for your kind review. Whenever we do get a bad review, it always makes me feel sick that someone didn't enjoy their experience. Often wishing they had let us know at the time so we could make it right. We also understand that our food & our atmosphere may not be for everyone. That is ok too. Isla may... More

We had dinner at Barlito and whilst it was perhaps not the best meal I have ever had it was OK. That could be said for the service, the ambiance, the location, value etc - nothing special but OK.

Thank you so much for your review of Barlito Marina Paraiso. It means a lot to us that you have supported us from the beginning & our move & changes.
