Where the locals go is where we go too!

We were recommended this place by our dive shop when we got there we soon realised that its were the locals come. Its very unassuming with plastic chairs and table in the sand but that added to the charm. The food was good and the beers ice cold. Nachos were really good. Loaded with loads... read more

This use to be my favorite place on Isla Mujeres and sadly it has gone downhill. The food and the service are just not they were 2 years ago. There are better options on the beach.

I never miss a dinner or a lunch here. There is nothing like having a great meal with your toes in the sand. I had some of the best margaritas here, very strong & flavourful. Never had a bad meal here & their garlic chicken & mushrooms was to die for.

After a great day of driving around the island with our golf cart, stopping at numerous spots and beaches, we wanted to divulge in some authentic Mexican food. We got some here!! This place was recommended by a friend who is a local and it didn't disappoint. Fajitas oh my!! Beer oh my! And all relatively cheap in costs. Music... More

We stopped by Picus for a sunset dinner. The food was beyond what we expected, priced well and some of the most fantastic seafood we've ever had. Just a wonderful place to visit.

Our three favorites at Picus - fresh fish filets (in garlic, diablo sauce, any way you choose), ceviches and quacamole. The food here is always fresh, the servers are attentive but not pushy, and the view of the boats and sunset with your toes in the sand can't be beat.

Quaint little place that has food fresh off of the boat. Reasonably priced. Great lobster tail, coconut shrimp, and shrimp cocktail.

Casual atmosphere, sand between your toes on the beach. Great food! Good size portions - the coconut shrimp is to die for!

Well worth a day trip - my wife and I crossed the Yucatan just to have one more dinner here before flying home!
