This is hands down my favorite place to eat on the island. I ate there for breakfast, lunch and dinner(3 times). The prices are great. The food is tasty. The atmosphere is authentic. The host, Roberto was super friendly. Every meal was superb. I cant wait to get back there.

We just spent one week on Isla Mujeres and ate at La Brjua 5 times. Roberto, owner and chef, is very accommodating and generous. This was far best restaurant on the island

Strangely enough, he had no desire to set up camp in Omaha, NE. No matter. Enchilada Suizas is all you need to know. This little place was our absolute favorite on the island. It is on the south end and well worth the cab fair. We visited twice during our week-long stay. The food is absolutely amazing, the service good... More

This place may not look like much but the food and service are VERY good. The garlic fish is excellent as are the fish tacos. The owners are very nice and the service was good.

I have been living in Isla Mujeres on and off for 2 years and have visited numerous times before that. I thought that I had had my favorite meals until I had the seafood soup (sopa de mariscos) with the chipolte chiles. I have eaten here before and liked it and thought it was a great value but this dish... More

Happened on La Bruja the first night on Isla Mujeres. We were very hungry. A fisherman had just sold his catch to Roberto (owner). We ordered the pascado entero. It was so good. The meal consisted of the whole fish, rice, small salad and vegetables. The steamed vegetables were frozen which was a bit disappointing. We returned for lunch today... More

Stopped in on accident. Met experienced tourists tht recommended the fish soup. This is a meal. Stuffed with a variety of fresh fish. Wonderful, small quaint, reasonable. Close to the womens bead co operative. Stop by there too while you're in the area.

This is my absolute favorite place to eat on the island. It’s a small hole in the wall, run by a husband and wife. I come here every time I’m in Isla. Bean soup is delish and can be a meal it’s so big. Guac, amazing. Enchiladas suissas.. AMAZING!! It’s in town but not really in town. More like in... More

The food was excellent at La Bruja. My shrimp tacos were SO fresh, the guacamole was delicious. It's very casual, very local, and the prices were beyond reasonable.

One of the tastiest guacamole joints on the island, best panuchos, splash of fresh orange in the margaritas, and fab shrimp kabob. Nothing fancy at all, but those are usually the best finds.
