Great place for breakfast!

Wonderful food, great coffee, great service, and it is air conditioned! (if you can get a seat inside). We had breakfast at Rooster Café one morning, and it was a great experience. If you are visiting Isla, you MUST come to this restaurant for breakfast. They have a great menu - but my husband and I kept ordering the same thing! I loved their french toast, and he and I both loved their chilaquiles. We had 3 breakfasts and one brunch stop here. One of the days I was not feeling well... More

The breakfast were unique and delicious. My only complaint would be the service, we received our food fairly fast but it took forever to get the bill.

Great breakfast for the price! We went here our last morning on the island. Coffee was great, latte was great. Cranberry bread was delivered to out table with our coffee and it was to die for! I ordered a chorizo fritata and it was awesome. My fiance ordered eggs Benedict...they were a bit too raw for his taste, but overall... More

While Isla Mujeres is filled with great breakfast and lunch options, Rooster Cafe was one of our favorites -- and something my wife talked about so frequently that it compelled us to come back to the Isla for a return trip. The Lobster Eggs Benedict is as decadent as you'd imagine, but both of us were especially partial for to... More

We went to Roosters four times during our recent trip to Isla, 3 times for breakfast, and once for lunch and dessert. Every time our food and service were excellent. We loved being able to charge the meals to our hotel bill too. Smoothies were good and fresh fruit with everything was a plus! We only wish they hadn't been... More

Awesome waitstaff and amazing food! They have an amazing menu with so many options that we struggled with what to order but that's a great problem to have!

We had a wonderful outdoor breakfast experience at Rooster Cafe. The food was fantastic, and the location on Hidalgo Street was convenient. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for breakfast in Isla Mujeres.

We visited Rooster Café several times on our recent trip. It is nice to have the staff remember you from your previous visit. Some of my favorite breakfasts were; Breakfast sandwich that comes with potatoes (87 pesos), Banana Bread French toast (3 slices for 97 pesos), German chocolate cake (60 pesos), Sausage gravy scramble (87 pesos), Pancake trio (2 pancakes,...
