We got the medium ceviche which was huge and filled with shrimp, fish, calamari, octopus and conch. delicious. We both got fish meals, my fish covered in cheese and stuffed with sea food (think ceviche ingredients), hers parmesan encrusted. Portions are huge. Simple setting, waiter was great. A must do if you a no-frills sea food lover. I think the... More

Located next to the fishing cooperative, this plain restaurant has delicious fish and shrimp. It's right next door to one of the marinas so you do have to put up with the smell of gasoline, but we returned because of the food.

LOVE, love, love the food here! Hubbie always gets ceviche...this time it was shrimp and I got the sopa de mariscos, or seafood soup for my meal. The servings are very healthy and the food is delicious. The other thing we love is watching the boats arrive with their catch and watching the snapper you just ordered come right off... More

We had lunch at the Justicia Social. The food was average, but it's got a great location and the price is right.

We spent 2 weeks in Mexico - and have very high expectations when it comes to seafood. Travelling for 6 days around the Yucatan Peninsula, we can ensure you this is the freshest and most delicate fish you will find. Clearly, having the fishermen arrive just next to the restaurant, and a cooperation with this restaurant, always ensures that guest... More

Do not dismiss Justicia Social (labeled Cocteleria Justicia Social) because it does not appear to be upscale at first glance. It is worth it! This place is definitely a diamond in the rough with fresh, tasty seafood at good prices. My husband and I each got lobster, and they were outstanding. The service is good, our drinks were great, and... More

When my husband and I get to Isla, this is the first place we eat to satisfy our craving for the big fish. This is a lightly fried whole fish. It comes with rice, onions, black beans, tortillas. So good! Sit on the patio where the fisherman bring the fresh fish in including lobster. We saw some enormous lobsters. And... More

Amazing seafood here at the fisherman's coop. Huge portions. You could easily share. Highly recommend. We had the almond crusted red snapper, shrimp, and parmesan crusted snapper.
