I spent Thanksgiving week on Isla Mujeres and wanted a different Thanksgiving dinner experience in keeping with my vegan lifestyle. I was shopping in El Centro and decided to give Brisas Grill a try. I ordered the hearts of palm salad with avocado with a side of guacamole & pico de gallo. I loved being able to slip my flip-flops... More

I visited the Isla in October 2014, with a friend from Brazil and we were enchanted by the Brisas Grill Restaurant. The food and drinks were excellent! We loved the seafood that was being grilled right in front of us. The waiter staff were all very attentive and also was a lady Manager and a man as well. There was... More

I love the Blackened Grouper and also the Brisas Grouper. Yummy! Their Three-Cheese Pasta with Chicken added is also another good choice. Get a table on the beach, take your shoes off, dig your toes in the sand and enjoy! http://lynda-notesfromparadise.blogspot.mx/2014/05/the-late-afternoon-ah-factor.html http://lynda-notesfromparadise.blogspot.mx/2014/06/day-tripping-around-isla-mujeres.html

We like the lobster pizza, and drinks. Waiters are nice. Sit in the sand at dark and have dinner. We always do Brisa when we are in Isla.

I have eaten at almost every restaurant on the island. I would say this is the place for fresh fish. Plastic tables in the sand. We went later in the night. Only ones there. We turned on the iPod and had our own private beach. The service is excellent. The food. Omg. The blackened grouper was over the moon good.... More

Nice atmosphere, but just Ok. I got the lobster Kabobs. They were good. The margarita was delicious. A bit pricey.

We read reviews on this restaurant stating they had good seafood, particularly lobster. We were the only people in the restaurant, which in the states, is a bad sign; but Isla was quite deserted when we visited so we thought nothing of it. We ordered lobster bisque and received a thin tomato-based soup with a small lobster tail swimming in... More

Ordered a whole red snapper... I have more fish on a fish taco. It was very small, it was served with a few vegetables and cold dry rice. After leaving, I got a hot dog from a street vendor so I wouldn't have to go to bed hungry.

Nice quiet evening location- incredible staff, drinks were spot on. I had the grilled calamari - cooked perfect but under seasoned - side dishes were worthless (frozen broccoli n mixed can veg with rice .... Just ask them for some other side) my moms seafood pasta was Excellent. Everything cooked perfect . Once again what a nice friendly crew!!!

It's a pleasure to dine in Isla Mujeres. Overall, service is excellent and restaurant owners and workers are happy to serve you and want to make sure you have a great experience. The Maitre D' at Brisa's coaxed us to choose his restaurant over others by offering Margaritas on the house for our party. They never stopped trying to please... More
