Average Food, Poor Service

My parents ordered the mix grill. The portion was generous, but the meats themselves were rather bland and they didn't even ask us what temperature we wanted for the meats. My sister ordered a salad. McDonald's has a better salad. And the menu says "your choice of dressing." No. One dressing. I... read more

I went with my friend. She ordered salmon gnochi - it was tasteless and had no salmon in it! And i ordered blue cheese pizza which also had no blue cheese! We ordered pepperoni empanada and got cheese inside a tortilla. When we told them the order was incorrect they took it back and put some plain pepperoni on the... More

Had dinner here two nights ago and still can't believe how bad it was, I ordered a simple chicken ceaser salad, it was whole leaves of romain with rocks for croutons that could break you teeth, one old deep fried chicken finger cut up that was like dried jerky and about a teaspoon of mayonnaise on top of it ???... Classy. Comfy. Friendly. Huge menu. Nice meats. Nice drinks. Complimentary cocktail. Good malbec. Even garlic bread and breadsticks. Feels like it should be more expensive than it is.

I regret writing a negative review, (this is my first) but I wish to spare other diners a wasted night. The restaurant is located at a very busy intersection and that is where the experience begins, you will be constantly interrupted by their tout/barker trying to get you to stop with promises of free drinks. Do not even think of... More

We got lured into this place for dinner, and regretted it almost immediately. Literally the worst margaritas and the worst fajitas ever. It was overpriced to begin with, and th3n they tried to sneak a 20% tip onto the bill.

When we first got inside it was empty. We order just pizza(margarita) & pasta (alfredo) and was arrived after almost an hour. The food was below averge. Plates was dusty with bugs in the table. So my final conclusion is: If you found a good restuarante just go there --- ROLANDI'S.

Did not like food or service. We shared an appetizer of tuna and avocado on the night we arrived in Isla. We are not picky eaters but this was tasteless with only 4 very thinly sliced pieces of avocadoes, think maybe the cook was also the waiter as it took forever to get this uncooked appetizer.

We were a large group on Isla Mujeres for a wedding and decided to stop in for a bite to eat and drinks. Bad service. Subpar food. They added a 25% tip onto our bill and wouldn't let a couple of the remaining members of our group leave until they paid the astronomical tip. Avoid at all costs.
