Fresh and tasty

Great fresh and cheap Mexican food. Can't go wrong with the fish tacos (40 pesos for 3). Make sure you head there for lunch!

I would definitely recommend this place for a no frills economical meal. I had the poc chuc pork dish and it was very decent. I am not a red meat eater but wanted to try their best known dish. I remember having their soup a few years ago and it was great!

The best in Mexico so far. It is a small restaurant but for no reason it had an appealing look. We went in an ordered guacamole, seafood soup, poc chuck and fajitas ... all it was extremly good also at a resonable price. Deffinetely a place to try once your in Isla Mujeres

Good food, good staff. It is a little place that isn't in the middle of all the raucous tourists, but nearby. We went twice in the span of four days.

For 50 pesos you get a great breakfast in a family owned Restraunt. The staff is nice and the prices are the best! Another must find.

Very nice inexpensive place to eat breakfast or lunch. It is very conveniently located. Staff speak English/Spanish so it is easy to order.

For those who want the real taste of Isla Mujeres, Poc Chuc is calling. This non-descript cafe - just one block off of Hidalgo - offers up a fantastic (and low cost) breakfast. The 15 peso orange juice was almost a slush; and the mushroom and queso omelet (at only 50 pesos) couldn't be beat. Our waiter Israel guided me... More

This place gets good review but it must be for chicken and beef dishes. The shrimp tacos were average and the bean soup needed way more beans.

First off, Poc Chuc is SO CUTE and colorful! But even better than that- the food is fantastic! We started with the chicken tinga tostadas, which could have been a meal in itself (for one). My husband had and loved the signature dish Poc Chuc which is like a thin but tender and flavorful pork chop. Upon reading other reviews,... More

My wife and I dined here on a Sunday evening. There are six tables and all but one was full. We took the last table. My wife ordered the pork chop dinner which she felt was one of the best she had eaten. I ordered chicken fajitas which were also good, but not quite as good as her pork shop.... More
