We've eaten here once before for dinner but in our most recent trip we had breakfast after staying at the inn (Casa Ixchel) the night before. Great views, quiet, awesome service, and very good breakfast prepared perfectly. I would highly recommend if you want a relaxing, peaceful spot to watch the ocean as you eat.

The waiter was excellent, small restuarant, lots of individual service. The lobster was a great deal, really loved the appetizers, we tried 2, which barely left room for the aforementioned lobster. Really wonderful place.

We wanted something a bit special for our final dinner on the island, and Da Luisa worked our great. The upstairs dining room is a great space. Service was excellent, and the food was very good. Unfortunately they were out of the lobster ravioli, but the spaghetti with lobster was very well executed. Simple and delicious. Good bread. Wine "list"... More

We've been on Isla Mujeres for a week, and had gotten used to eating a lot of island food: casual Mexican or Cuban food which goes well with cold beer and beach sunsets. So it was an unexpected surprise when our food arrived at Da Luisa. Good authentic Italian food. As in, good enough to be from a restaurant back... More

We were up for an early morning golf carry ride after a little hiking on the Oceanside of Isla. Stopped by at 8am and had a very good breakfast and the view was unbeatable. Good service and clean place. Will check it out again for different meal.

We stopped at Da Luisa while driving around the island on our golf cart and we are so glad we did! The view was stunning and we were the only ones there so it kind of felt like we were having lunch at someone's private villa on the beach. But it's not all about the view...the food was incredible too!... More

We ate three meals here while spending our first week mid-island. We always tried to get seating next to the sea, didn't care how windy it was. Staff was very attentive, and the food was great.

Beautiful place for breakfast on a warm day as they have a large outdoor patio overlooking caribbean. On a windy day you will have to eat inside. It was a pretty place but we found it very difficult to get someone to give us coffee. Never saw our waiter again after getting our food and had to wait forever for... More

What a view! This restaurant had an absolutely stunning view perched above the ocean and the staff was incredible. The food was presented very nicely and the food tasted great. All around a wonderful place to eat a meal!
