Best birthday dinner!

The chef prepared a very special birthday dinner and dessert for me. It was delicious and made for a wonderful evening. Excellent food - high quality seafood. Private, quiet, ocean view. We'll be back!

We were out walking, hot and thirsty and stopped to look at their menu. We ended up sitting in the shade on their patio, enjoying the ocean view and slurping the most delicious milkshakes (strawberry and mango) and gave their menu another look. We went back for dinner. My husband had the red fish stew which had mussels, shrimp and... More

I am sitting at the restaurant now waiting for my lobster ravioli. This is our fourth time returning here on this trip. Nothing has disappointed. We love the creamy Caesar dressing and have ordered each time. The service is wonderfully attentive but not pretentious. Other patrons we have talked with have loved their dishes as well.

We stopped for lunch as we were driving by and had no idea what to expect. The place wasn't much to look at from the street but we sat ocean side in the shade and had an amazing meal! The service was wonderful. Truly an Isla experience!

Da Luisa is the perfect place to go mid day to get out of the hot sun. Sit on the roof deck under the palapa, with cool breezes and sweeping views. The seafood was excellent. Particularly the tuna tartar, octopus salad and the fish soup. Friendly and attentive service.

Stopped in--no waiters around, despite being open already for 20 mins...come to find out a function was being set-up for later that morning and they decided to allow us to eat there,,,while they set-up for the function...food was average.

My wife and I had breakfast here and it was very good. Food was good. We both had omelets. Service was good as well. Only one other dinner there. The view is breathtaking. Prices were very reasonable for breakfast. Dinner prices seemed a bit higher that average, but with that view. OMG ! Would definitely return.

Great scenes with great food and drinks. We went for breakfast, shrimp omelette is stuffed with perfectly marinated shrimp. Same day we went for dinner. Lobster stuffed ravioli and gnocchi with cream sauce. My wife and I kept eating off each others plate. The chips and guacamole are the best I ever had. Throw in perfectly mixed drinks and the... We have been coming to Isla Mujeres for almost 8 years now. We ate breakfast and dinner at this restaurant several times during our most recent stay. The Mexican Shrimp omelet is outstanding, as is the Sopa Roja de Mariscos. One evening we were offered a special tasting of new menu items prepared by Chef Giorgio. Look for them in... More
