Why Thai food in Mexico? It's THAT good.

Mid trip we were done with beans and cheese and rice..... We had passed this place many times. We sampled the sticky ribs (yum) but never thought of eating Thai in Mexico. What a mistake. The owners work there so it was easy to get all info about the food (I have a severe shrimp allergy), The... read more

After our main dinner elsewhere we walked up and down the main street in Isla. Most of the restaurants try to get you to come in and eat and some hand out samples. Just talking to the owners, they told us about their coconut cheesecake. Decided to try it. IT WAS DELICIOUS! Wish we had tried them for dinner.

We stopped here last night for dinner after reading some positive reviews in Trip Advisor. The menu is quite varied and has Mexican food as well, but we were in the mood for something Asian. The green curry with fish was a good choice, every bit as good as the green curry we get at our favorite Thai restaurant at... More

We had to try the much acclaimed sticky ribs and they did not disappoint. We shared the tuna tartar and it was seasoned perfectly. A great place for a snack while watching the folks go by.

I had the ever so advertized sticky ribs. At best ok. My wife had a salad that was very lack luster. We would not go back as there so many better places on the island to have better food. Service was good, value is good, Just dissapointing food.

Yum! I had the lime fish but the pecan encrusted grouper my husband had was fantasize. Mine was good but not nearly as flavourful as his was. Decent value, great service and good food. We'll be back!

Many restaurants on the island are closed on Mondays. So, after reading the menu, we ate at Asia Caribe. The restaurant serves, sushi, Thai, Mexican and Vietnamese dishes. The food was well-prepared and tasty.

One of the times we walked past this place, the lady made it sound very appealing. She mentioned how a lot of people don't think of sushi as an island food, but its the freshest, right from the sea. We ordered a couple of sushi dishes and weren't too impressed. It wasn't bad, but it wasnt any better tasting than... More
