The food was great! I had the chipotle chicken quesadillas and my wife had the BBQ pork empanadas. It was even better than expected. The service was terrific and they have pretty good margaritas too! If you come across the Mago café while on Isla Mujeres..... stop in.... you wont be disappointed.

Their coconut french toast was one of the main reasons we went to Isla. It did not disappoint. The juice/waters are also amazing. I had a ginger one and my husband a watermelon one. I had the heuvos rancheros and they were wonderful too - warning that the eggs are practically over raw, not even quite to over easy -... More

Definitely worth renting a Golf Cart to trek here! We went for breakfast...had the Eggs Bene and Coconut French Toast. AMAZING! Loved it so much we returned for lunch after touring the rest of the island. Lunch was even MORE AMAZING than breakfast! My husband had the Chipotle Chicken Quesadillas and I had the Mango Fish Tacos. We ended up... More

I had heard about Mango Cafe and how the menu was established by the lady who runs Lola Valentina in Hidalgo in town (loved that place!). Was eager to try Mango Cafe and trekked over to that part of the island only to find it closed. Staff appeared to be there, but I had wasted a trip. If I pass... More

The food is amazing - the French toast, the eggs benny, the stuffed pepper - all of it is fantabulous - wish I could take this place back to Toronto. The furniture is beautiful as well.

Mango cafe is ridiculously good. They have hibiscus water and ginger lemonade, both are fresh and not overly sugared. I had the West Indies Chicken Tacos-- chicken tacos with "tropical salad", seasoned chicken, and a coconut peanut sauce on them. They're the best tacos you'll ever eat. Go here, guaranteed you'll love something--also free Wifi!

We enjoyed a great breakfast at Mango Cafe. It was tasty and served promptly. They serve breakfast and lunch items in the morning. It is right across the street from the beautiful catholic church up on the hill!

Cozy cafe with wonderful decor. I was lucky enough to stay just around the corner from Mango cafe for a month and so I ate here quite often. I would also sit and do some work in the cafe during quiet times as they have wi-fi. The food is great and the staff ever so friendly. One of my favorite... More
