This is our 1st trip to isla, my husband and I decided to try Mango based on reviews. The food is spectacular, we're planning to recreate the Chile Poblabo at home 😊. The owner Polo and his staff are extremely friendly, great atmosphere! Thank you so much for the great service!

Fresh and delicious food at reasonable price. Polo the owner and Wilma our server were attentive and very helpful. A uniquely decorated intimate spot.

We read a lot of good things about this place so we decided to check it. When we arrived there were lots of golf carts parked in front of the cafe. The reads were correct this place was great. I ate the breakfast quesadillas. We also had the chicken tacos and they were good as well. I love Isla Mujeres... More

What can I say except you must stop at least once....and then again and again for all of the items on this menu. Breakfast and lunch are served all day (I often have lunch for breakfast, not a problem here). I personally need to have the fish tacos at least once every trip. The stuffed poblano pepper with scrambled eggs... More

We ate here twice, both times having the soft corn tacos with fish in one lot and chicken in the other and we got her to convert the pork empanadas into soft tacos also to try. The flavours were lovely, very enjoyable meal and reasonably priced. No a/c but they do have big fans, very quick turnover of food/tables.

We have been to Isla twice and both times went to Mango Cafe for breakfast. Everyone on trip advisor seems to be in love with the french toast; but we had it both times, as we figured maybe they were having an off day last time. Again, we felt it was nothing special. The other item we ordered was the... More

We read the reviews on Tripadvisor and expected the best... The food was good, but not on par with the best I've ever had. The hotcakes are the best on the island; the stuffed poblano pepper was quite good. The eggs benedict left something to be desired. The orange juice was pretty good, but Rooster Cafe's OJ es mejor. Their... More

Try the huevos rancheros or eggs benedict. For a place called Mango Cafe, their mango juice was a bit watered down, but the food was delicious!

Our concierge and another hotel guest highly recommended Mago Cafe for breakfast as "the best place on the island". It did not disappoint. Fresh ingredients, flavorful combinations and reasonable prices make this breakfast/lunch spot one not to miss while on Isla Mujeres.
