My meal was okay. I got shrimp tacos and well, they were my least favorite tacos on the whole island so far. The guac was good that came with them so that saved them and added some flavor. BUT the location is excellent. tables in the sand right on the dock. The service was pretty good even if the waiter... More

We had a lovely evening here. Watched a beautiful sunset and had the house special, smoked mackerel which was very tasty. The service was excellent and our server even brought our stray dog Lassie, who followed us from the villa, a drink of water when we asked. We had no problems with our bill, it was itemized and no tip... More

Although we arrived close to the 6pm closing time, we were warmly invited in for dinner. You have the option of dining at tables inside or set on the sandy beach. Insect repellent is provided on the tables on the beach - it's there for a reason! The guacamole, nachos, burritos, fish with garlic, and shrimp with garlic were hits... More

We rented a golf cart for the day, it was just after noon, and we were hungry. We drove past this place and I had remembered reading about their Tikixic. I'm so glad we stopped. Probably the best meal we had on Isla, and right on the beach. My wife and I shared the Tikixic and it could've fed at... More

Fish Tikixic - this is the dish you need to have. Serves 4 people. It is a large charcoal broiled fish served with soft tortillas and sides. This was our second trip and work the effort to get there. Prices are reasonable and seating right on the beach. We had rented a golf cart for the day and this was... More

This restaurant was perfect for us, so perfect that we spent three afternoons here. We loved that the beach is rather quiet (with the exception of some of the day cruises coming in next door), and the food is good, cheap, and they have cheap beer. The only con I can think of is, is that their credit card machine... More

Our cabbie told us about this place. I'm glad he did. The best meal I've had on the island during my 8 day stay, and it was very well priced. Get the Fish Tikixic. There's a few preparations listed on the menu, and I got the "secret sauce", or something like that. Fantastic grilled fish, perfect for a group shared... More

This place had the best sea food in the Cancun area, hands down! I would make a special trip every time just to eat here. There best item is the grilled fish, it takes half an hour or so to cook, so set aside some time. It is totally worth it! You can eat tostadas de ceviche while you wait.... More

I first ate here 4 years ago and had the typical whole fish on the beach. Very good but nothing noteworthy. We stopped hear again by pure coincidence and almost kept moving to look for a less expensive lunch. I'm sure glad we stayed. I had the grouper filet with garlic and my wife had the stuffed filet. I don't... More

We were staying down the road from this place and had not been here on previois visits to Isla. The food was good to very good, however the prices are on the high side. Had the Lime soup (hard to go wrong with that) which was very good and the fish tacos which were also good. The fish came without... More
