Great for sunset!

We were there during some pre-play off football games. There are PLENTY of TV's for you to enjoy sports if you so wish. Everything here seems very easy for American gringos to navigate and they have a GREAT bucket of beer special! (Which in retrospect is a pretty good deal if you plan to have more... read more

Popular spot. Good salads and burgers. Right on a busy corner near the beach. Casual. Reasonable. The salads were quite large. Nachos nice. Burgers lovely.

Large menu with something for everyone. Full bar with lots of cocktails to try and of course cold beer. Fun place to sit on the upper balcony with a nice view of the central beach area.

OMG, I couldn't belive the huge serving of ceviche. Delicious, loaded with shrimp, octopus and conch. Enough for 4! But the best reason to go to Jax is the view from the second floor, even when it is raining!

I stopped in with others for a quick bite and a couple of cocktails. We all enjoyed our food and drinks while enjoying the view. Burger was good. Grilled Cheese was good. Coconut Shrimp was good.

We go here every year when visiting Isla. We've always had good food and enjoyed the view from the deck. This time our food was served over cooked and cold!! Four different diners with four different dishes and we were all disappointed. It was for sale a while back, perhaps it sold and that explains the changes? There are too... More

We ate at here once a day, especially because they have egg dishes available day and night. Sometimes when we travel we just feel like bacon and eggs for dinner as our "Go To" Comfort Food. The Breakfast Tacos are the best value! Great Views from the Top Deck too!

The conch fritters were good, the drinks were really weak, the chicken "cordon bleu" was not that, it was spinach and mushrooms, dry and bland, the cx grief steak was bland. We just wanted a break from Mexican food, but not great.
