The service was very good and the location of the main drag was nice. We all had seafood dishes that were very good and the portions were very large. Their drink menu was very complete and they had a nice selection of wines. Also had enough TV's to watch the World Cup while dining.

We ate here twice whilst we were on the island and we only went back as the first experience was amazing. We were treated like VIPs, however I think this depends on who you get as wait staff. We believe we got the manager or owner servicing us the first night. The food however was always good and you knew... More

I don't know what all the hype is about. We came here based on reviews and I think it's safe to say all six of us were gravely disappointed. We sat down around 8pm and didn't leave until after 10. Maybe we just had a bad waiter, but the service was absolutely horrendous. I asked for a water four times... More

Everyone on Isla tries to sell you something, including dinner. But Raul was jovial and welcoming, not annoying. We bumped into friends who had just finished eating and loved their food. So we stayed. Service is not what Americans are used to, but who cares? You're on vacation. The red snapper was highly recommended and it didn't disappoint. My wife... More

The food at this restaurant was wonderful, but better have cash to pay for it. They tell you they take Visa, but when the bill comes they say their charge payer isn't working. This was the 2nd year in a row they did that to us.

After smelling the delicious smells coming off the grill fro three nights sitting across the street at the Adelita Tequilaria, we had to actually try this place. It's a little more pricey than other places on Isla (160 for many fish entrees) but it is totally delicious. We went mid-week and had great service and a wonderful meal.

Our first night back in Isla we were looking for something relaxing, tasty and not too pricey. We had been to a different restaurant a few years ago in the same location as Brisa Mexicana and had not enjoyed it. The current owner convinced us that his restaurant was a better version. It turned out to be a great pick.... More

We ate quite simple here, fish tacos and ice cold beer. The tacos had chunks of pineapple in them. Had never had them served that way. Nice spin to it.

Didn't have high expectation due to location and an archtypical tout. Things started to improve when an exceptionally professional waiter stepped in. I ordered a whole red snapper with a side salad, rice and as an extra, some sauteed veggies. All components tasted very fresh and most importantly, nothing had been abused in the kitchen. Very simple cooking with respect... More

Only good thing here is that the beer is cold. We were a group of six. The service is very slow and rude. They have a "we don't care" attitude. The food tastes like warmed up microwaved cafeteria food. The vegetables were like mush, the fajita shrimp was still cold, the pizza crust was similar to store bought frozen. When... More
