Great food! Four of us had lunch and we all ordered different sandwiches, suggestion by Owner. When our order was brought the sandwiches were all cut in half and served mixed on our plates so we could all sample some of each. All were great, traditional cuban was my favorite. The owner, Vivian, is like a blond Cuban version of Red from Orange is the New Black, in the best way. Her food is delicious, and her service is sincere. I had a toston sandwich, and it was incredible. My parents enjoyed their goat-cheese infused burgers, which Vivian instructed them how to make. She is a no-nonsense kind of a... More

They were kind of like a scalloped potato dish or maybe an su gratin. Rich and creamy. The Cubansandwich was good, not great. I like them with more mustard and with good, deli pickles wish I would have tried their mojitos. Difficult to get a good one in Mexico

The owner is a nice Cuban lady with a lot of knowledge of Isla. The food here was very good. I had the pulled pork sandwich with caramelized onions and Chipotle sauce with fried sweet potato chips and it was delicious. The pork was full of flavor and tender. Also it was a very hot day and the owner came... More

This place is amazing! The food was excellent and the mojitos are the best I've ever had! I was disappointed we waited until our last day to eat here. I probably would have eaten every meal here if I had known sooner! This is a must stop for all coming to Isla Mujeres.

Had two wonderful lunches with Vivian, the owner making sure everything was just right. What a welcoming and warm experience. And the sandwiches are really great. Had a sampler because I could not make up my mind. Very adaptable for gluten free dining as well. The French fries are so good. Love this place for lunch and great conversation with... More

We ate our lunch at Qubanos today and it was so excellent I had to write this today rather than waiting until we got home. I had the Toston sandwich which was out of this world delicious. My wife had the Quatro platter platter which tickled her taste buds! We are mojito buffs and they make the best ones here.... More

Everything is the best there. During the day Vivian, the owner, is on site, and maked the best of cuban sandwiches, home cut french fries, the best ever hungarian potatoes, homemade chips! Everything is delicious, and Vivian is a treat! Give little Cuba, her dog, a pet too! He has the best little FB commercials you'll be see!

First thing we do after unpacking is head straight to Qubano Restaurant for our "foodie fix". If you love delicious, interesting, food, don't miss Qubano. We had delicious yuca pie and toston with ropa vieja (OMG, so good!). A friend tried the mini-quatro, which has a sampling of four kinds of sandwiches, each one better than the other. She'd take...
