I will always make a stop here for the best Cuban sandwich. Great Mojitos also. Service was excellent.

Wonderful food and great place. Can't wait to go back. We've been on the island several times and this was our first time at this restaurant, but it definitely won't be the last. The owner is such a neat lady and staff was great.

Qubano is always on our "must stop" list for the Cuban sandwich and the Hungarian potatoes. The Cuban is the best I have had anywhere. We had another couple of great lunches there in July. Our only disappointment was not getting to see the owner, Vivian, as she was out of town during our visit. We enjoyed and will no... More

Where to begin...the watermelon water is so refreshing, people watching is highly recommended, the toston and Cuban sandwiches are wonderful!! Last but not least, Vivian, the owner is such a gem and she makes sure everything is "just right".

My husband and I enjoyed our meal here. The owner and the staff were friendly and efficient. I spent 10 days in Havana some years back and thought it would be fun to relive some memories. My husband had the "Ropas Viejas", a traditional dish. I had the grouper cooked Havana style. Both were good. I suggest you have Havana... More

Absolutely delightful restaurant with great authentic Cuban food. The owner Vivian is always on hand to offer her knowledgable opinions and she is on the mark with the staff and she runs a tight ship. Stylish decor and pleasant restaurant, please try the Toston which is a fried banana sandwich with chicken sounds crazy but it's an invention of this... More

my picky daughter says "I don't usually like a single ingredient in this sandwich and it is the best sandwich I have ever had!" The rest of us argued over which of the amazing trio sandwiches was the best and devoured the Hungarian potatoes. The Vivian Salad was fresh with lots of interesting ingredients. Owner Vivian was a great personality.... More

I recommend trying the Vivian's Salad or Qubano sandwich. It's a good bet on the touristy Hidalgo St. You won't be disappointed!

Not the sort of behavior I'm accustomed to - but on Isla anything goes - and I couldn't help myself after I helped myself to one of Vivian's famous Tostons accompanied with the best lemonada frappe naturale on the island in my opinion. In my opinion this is still one of the very best which Isla Mujeres has to offer,... More

After spending the whole morning and afternoon in the paradise that is Isla Mujeres, we found Qubano on our walk back to the ferry and stopped in for a super tasty sandwich. Recommend the Cuban, lovely pulled pork with pickles and mustard - really fresh tasting and a perfect sized meal after an awesome day at the beach.
