Great Breakfast

Located close to ferry, stopped there after arrival. Excellent breakfast and good drinks. Fishing dock right there. Afternoon watch catches come in. We went 2 more times.

The food was wonderful! The breaded grouper was delicious as was the coconut shrimp. Very good food for reasonable price. Great location as it is over the ocean and you can see the sun setting while having supper. Great staff too!

Located just a few feet from the water Bally Hoo offers great views of the water and sunset. We went for breakfast which was great. We were very impressed with the fruit place (for my 2yr old son)! Convenient to the ferry but was not crowded when we went.

Having been to the island a dozen times I like to visit Bally Hoo. I give restaurants a few chances because seasonally the food or service can change. My first visit I tried the fish and chips. It was good. Slightly above average service. Second visit, I ordered the shellfish soup. After 40 minutes a clam soup arrived. After an... More

We had an amazing time meeting other Islaholics. We have even discovered that we might be distant relatives. The food was great as was the atmosphere. Would definitely go back.

For me anyway. It was all just ok. Nothing wooed me. But wasn't bad. Service was Terrible, I know it's Mexico. But it was especially bad. Coconut shrimp 180, fish and chips 115

We visited Isla Mujeres for the first time and while walking around we found this gem. It is located right on the shore and you can watch the fishing boats come in with the fish that will soon be served. Both dishes we ordered were fresh and you can taste it. They each were in a tomato broth with fresh... More

We ate here three times on our vacation even though there are so many good options on Isla. The food and views were wonderful every time. Get the catch of the day (we had red snapper) and a sunset margarita!

This was one of the best meals I had on Isla Mujeres. The setting is lovely and the food was perfect. Service was good, too, and the prices were very reasonable (75 pesos for 3 fish tacos, 90 for shrimp). I wish we had found this restaurant on our first day instead our last. The fish and shrimp were lightly... More

We had a great experience eating at Bally Hoo and watching the sunset. We had scallop ceviche, fried red snapper (catch of the day), grilled lobster, chips and salsa, a pina colada, and a giant margarita. All of it was excellent and the snapper was a highlight. Our server did forget to put our lobster order in and had no... More
