Awesome as always

Visited Bally Hoo twice on this past trip to Isla, both times food was amazing. We had fish tacos, and I had one of their large margaritas. Wonderful place to visit at sunset, so you can watch the sunset while enjoying their amazing tacos.

My wife and I had a "rehearsal" dinner here the night before our wedding. The food was amazing, and the ambiance, etc., was simply perfect. The staff was incredibly pleasant, and I would love to travel back to the island and eat here again. I think the fish tacos were the best thing I had. They were a bit different... More

Not sure why people rave about this place cuz it really sucked! The fish tacos where tasteless!! We ordered fish tacos and shrimp tacos, I was in direct view of the kitchen and when an order came out exactly liked ours, they took the plates to another table and no one has ordered the shrimp tacos, so the server took... After running out of time for a lunch at Bally Hoo's last year, we made sure to schedule it into our golf cart day trip this year. What a great lunch stop for some amazing fish tacos, margaritas, soccer game watching (Champions League, Barca v Bayern Munich), and party boat watching down on the docks. Great breeze and just a... Been here twice in the last 3 yrs and love the fish tacos. They're different from many others in that the fish is fried and the crunch makes for a superb taco! The service could be greatly improved, but the view and atmosphere make up for it.

This place has great fish tacos. It's definitely hard to find. It's behind a gas station, so it's easy to miss if you're driving and looking for it.

We flew in and friends sailed in on a regata and all there boats docked there. Drinks were great. The food was better than many of the tourist restaurants a few blocks away. We enjoyed watching the boats and the staff was great! We saw many Mexican families taking boat rides from the docks.

We stopped in for lunch based on a friend's recommendation. It was hard to find since it's not right off the road and no one told us to look for it behind a gas station. We ordered drinks, a beer and a margarita. I was asked if I wanted a double sized one and when it came out it was... More

Even if the food wasn't good I'd still go here just for the location right on the water. Had the fish taco which are made with fried grouper. Had a great flavor. My wife ordered a grilled fish dish that looked good as well. Can't wait to go back.

Great place to have a beer or five, people watch, and have some really great food! The tacos, guacamole, hot sauce, and ceviche are incredible!
