We recently spent 4 days on Isla Mujeres. Our "luggage guy" (carted our bags and walked with us through town) mentioned this place for great fish - and boy, was he right! We went on our first night and returned on our last. Loved the waiters - Gypsy and Alex. Great food, great prices and right on the water!

This is where I had cocktails when I got off the fishing boat. The bartender was nice and we had a lot of fun here.

Bally Hoo is a little hut located on the beach not far from where the ferry's come in. There are some docs that extend beyond Bally Hoo making a beautiful backdrop. My husband and I both had the fish tacos and they live up to the hype! If you like fried fish, then you must stop here. Very reaonable prices... More

They had great fish and chips and ceviche, get a Pinada (pina colada without liquor) and kick back. The view of the docks and the boats is relaxing... catch a shot of a pelican or the fishes in the VERY clear water. Service was amazing. Price was great.

The setting is awesome, the food was great, the margaritas are huge, and the staff very friendly. I had the famous fish tacos (which lived up to the billing, and were much bigger than I anticipated) and my wife had the shrimp tacos. We both really enjoyed our meals but the star of the show was the conch ceviche. I'll... More

First off - really specially tasty (and massive) margaritas. I had the honey lime and the mint... delicious! We started out with complimentary chips and salsa. Watch out - that spicy one is HOT! I asked for the fresh fish of the day- black grouper with garlic. At 139 pesos, the price and this amazing fish couldn't be beat. Service... More

Decided on dinner here after we returned our golf cart and were waiting to take the ferry back to Cancun. Started with some guac and an order of pico. Both were very good. Wanted to get the ceviche but my wife and kids wouldn't go for it. Anyway, I ordered a margarita for myself and a Victoria for my wife.... More

as soon as we get off the ferry we head to Bally Hoo for fish and chips, fish tacos or the cerviche. Of course the beer is cold and my husband has to have their wonderful gigantic Margaritas! Beautiful place for sunsets.
