Excellent

This is difficult to find as it is behind the garage near the port but the fish is fresh and well cooked and the service is excellent. The views from the restaurant are over the boats anchored in the marina and it is a very popular place.

We went for lunch after reading all the great reviews. First off, we sat there for awhile before anyone even came over. There was only one other person there. He got his food before we even got a chance to order. The drinks were ok. The food was ok. The view was great and it is a great place to... More

My sister and I LOVED this place. The servers were super nice and always remembered our names and orders. We went two nights, both times we got the jumbo strawberry margaritas-so good!!! We also loved the fish and chips and fish tacos. They are crazy good! We even made friends with some of the fishermen there who cooked up a... More

We had excellent margaritas at this small place tucked behind the gas station in the Ctr of town. It was relatively quiet which we loved and a great place to view sunset.

We went to Bally Hoo 3 times during our stay in Isla. I love how it is situated right on the water and you can watch the boat activity plus the sunset from any table you sit at in the restaurant. There is a nice breeze that also flows throughout. The servers are very friendly and food is excellent. Its... More

Great fish tacos (make sure you try the sauce)! Great scenery. Good prices One of our son's favorite spots. And hey y'all, if you need to use the restroom, make sure you ask for the key. It's up by the bar. Otherwise, the people that tend to the bathrooms will try to charge you 5 pesos LOL

We stopped here for mid-day lunch in February. All 4 of us ordered the fish tacos…..amazing! The taco shells were warm, the fish delicious and fresh and they are served with a sweeter sauce (think someone said it is a Veracruz sauce??) delicious! The restaurant is located behind a gas station and sits overtop of the water where you can... More

This is our first stop after the stress traveling. We always unwind here watching the pelicans. Excellent wait staff and food. We stopped numerous times during our stay. Love the rustic atmosphere

I've been to the Cancun/Playa del Carmen about 10 times and this is by far one of my favorite restaurants in the area! Cute tiki hut restaurant on the fishermen's docks. Best fish and chips EVER! Also, ask for a double strawberry margarita. Amazing! Get there early if you want a table on the ocean for sunset.
