We met Adrian the owner in the supermarket. He introduced himself and told us to stop by. We did and were not disappointed. Adrian was the consummate host. Stopped in early right after diving. Missed Adrian and Guitar playing but felt we were catered to since we were the only group. We made a dinner out of the appetizers and soup with Zuccini boats, chorizo and cheese, and pumpkin soup were our favorites. This is now a must do when we return. more

Espcias is a unique little bistro. The food is eclectic and very tasy, but the best thing about Especias is Adrian, the owner. Adrian comes around to every table and talks to the patrons.
