The Thirsty Cougar is right on the waterfront in beautiful downtown Cozumel Mexico. This is the second venture from the creators of Wet Wendy's Margarita House, only we kept everyone's favorite creations and added an unbeatable view and smaller format. If you're down for a week or just a day, you can't beat our kitchen or bar to deliver just what you need! We hope to see you soon, Jazmine, Niko, Leka, Carlos, Klara and Chad.

The location is close to perfect and you get a nice cooling breeze coming in off the water at most times of the day. Like others have mentioned a good spot to unwind and people watch. The food was fine and reasonable priced but not going to win any Michelin stars anytime soon. Good attention by the bartenders rarely had... More

This was one of the only places we ate at 4 times in 10 days!!!! Perfect spot to have a tasty beverage and watch the people go by. Couldn't ask for a better setup.

Stopped here with my Adult Kids for a Frozen Margarita and some food. Tim the owner is a great operator and all the door is fresh and home made. We had fresh Guacamole and Fish Tacos. If you ask for their home made hot sauce, WATCH OUT! Try it and ENJOY. Skip the larger venues. Trust me.

The location is perfect. Open bar with a nice breeze coming in off the water, perfect spot to unwind with a beer and do some people watching after a day of diving. The food was OK, nothing to rave about. Prices were about what you would expect for being right in the main tourist area. Bartenders were nice and attentive.

This restaurant is located on the main strip in El Centro. It's a very small, open-air spot with a really great view of the sunset over the water. We happened to go on a super busy night and service was really slow, but it didn't sour our experience. The bar tender was constantly checking in on us and making sure... More

I love hanging at this place for a few hours just to watch the people go by. Beers are cheap...service is great and it is right on the waterfront!

Right on the main drag, you cannot miss this comfortable bar/restaurant I have stopped here many times this year - each time only having a coffee - mainly because the coffee is great. I have even tried a beer, and cold beer always tastes great when watching the lovely ladies stroll along the Malecon. I did notice what was being... More

For a street-front cafe and bar this has some of the best food on the island. Drinks are generous. The enchiladas verde were some of the best we ever had in Cozumel and a large plate of french fries were still sizzling when brought to us. It is located along the waterfront main street in the heart of town within... More
