Description: The Thirsty Cougar is right on the waterfront in beautiful downtown Cozumel Mexico. This is the second venture from the creators of Wet Wendy's Margarita House, only we kept everyone's favorite creations and added an unbeatable view and smaller format. If you're down for a week or just a day, you can't beat our kitchen or bar to deliver just what you need! We hope to see you soon, Jazmine, Niko, Leka, Carlos, Klara and Chad.

Great corner bar on the main drag in Cozumel. Frozen Margaritas were HUGE and really good! Prices for drinks were fair and the drinks are made with an extra kick! This place is great for people watching! If your in Cozumel check it out!

Pleasant location at the malecón, near the sea, excellent margarita´s, good food, great staff! Thank you Pedro you´re fast and sharp! Only little complain is when they have live music, the sound is to LOUD! Making it impossible to have a conversation with friends, if i wanted live (LOUD) music i would go to a concert! Keep in mind we... More

We came into Puerta Langosta on Cozumel on our cruise ship and the Thirsty Cougar is a few blocks from the pier. We had a few beers and the chicken flautas as well as the complimentary chips and salsa. My husband is wary of eating fresh produce in Mexico, so the lettuce on top of the flautas was a bit... More

This place is a jewel. It looks like just a bar but the food is really good too. The servers were fun, friendly, and entertaining. We went there like four times this trip. I will definitely make this a regular stop on my trips to the island.

Come here to see the sun setting over the harbor. The Friday night band was terrific. Food is great, drinks are fun

This place is great! Probably the best frozen drinks on the Island. You have to try the Brains. Peter and the staff are top notch

Best frozen drinks? Just might be! Location is somewhat crowded but the service was good, margaritas (cougarita, how clever) are HUGE and taste better than at Wendy downtown. Portion sizes of the food are American, we're european so we left most of it. Too bad. Taste was good!

We put this place on our list after reading several reviews on this site. I'm glad we did. Nico was awesome. He made sure we sat where we could enjoy a nice breeze & made several suggestions on the menu. The guac was wonderful (some of the best we had in Cozumel.). My husband took one of Nico's recommendations and... More
