We visited early evening seeking a bite to eat and some drinks before catching our ferry ride back to Playa del Carmen. After looking at the menu we decided it was too high to order food, we each ordered a drink, we paid and left.

When Carlos n Charlies turned out to be a dud, we wandered down to this place which had better music- even before live band started. Much more lively, food was good. Great location overlooking ocean and was a great time

We had to go here to see the RED EYE BAND and really love the staff. You never have to wait for a drink and they are super friendly. The waiters are a blast to joke with make for a very fun night. They have a great place here and the best band on the island to enjoy it with.... More

We went to Viva Mexico on thursday night. Happy hour was 6-8 pm. We ordered 2 tecate lights which would have been 4 because of the 2x1. We also ordered 3 white russians and received only 3. The service was very poor as the waiters often just stood at the bar instead of walking around to see if anyone needed... More

The best thing about Viva Mexico is the waterfront view - which is truly great. The food, at best, is okay but nothing to get excited about. The staff are rude, pushy, slow, and more likely than not to place another person's drinks onto your tab - the solution would seem to be to pay by the drink, but the... More

Ok. You gotta' come here on your cruise trip to Cozumel. BEST NACHOS EVER! They use real cheese and make real guacamole. Not that yucky non-cheese goop and not powdered avacados. The real stuff! Ask for extra cheese and boy will you get it. The store underneath is also very high quality.

It was windy/ cloudy downtown. Took a break from shopping and ate here. Had a tasty beef burrito with guacamole and a cheeseburger with fries and a huge margarita. Very filling. Prices were in pesos and US dollars. Cost me about $30. The 2nd floor location provides a great view of the harbor. It was a nice change from the... More

We ate here on our last night in Cozumel and we wanted something close to our hotel. The food was terrific. My husband and I got one of the platters for two and it was more than enough food.

The shrimp tacos came with limp lettuce and somewhat meager portions for the price. Maybe I got spoiled by the other offerings nearby but I guess that's the idea. The view from the patio is nice and the service was friendly and accommodating but nothing special.
