I was here twice. The restaurant is a refreshingly non- touristy place, a few blocks away from the sea side. We sat in the porch and the atmosphere was lovely. It was nice to get away from the mass of tourist for a while. We had the best guacamole we've ever had, soooo tasty! We had a delicious lime soup... More

2nd time here and just as good as the 1st. Great place for dinner. Big lobster tails, great prices, and the host is awesome. This was my 3rd time to Cozumel, and I think its the best dinner restaurant on the island,

Friends that had been here on their honeymoon told us about this place. A bit back from the main drag and totally worth the 3 block walk from Ave. Rafael E Melgar. Fabulous lobster bisque, lobster steamed or grilled and many other seafood dishes. Real Mexico feel and charming host.

Fish plate for two was amazing! Feels very original place and friendly service. Would recommend if want to get a lobster and sea food. Price was quite high even tough plate had quite a lot of lobster.

We read some reviews and thought we would stop by for some Lobster Tacos. We were happy that we did. Three lobster tacos for 180 pesos. Not too bad of a price. Place was empty, but a few more couples walked in as we were leaving. A full lobster dinner was 400 pesos. We would recommend this place and when... More

We were kind of happy wandering in Cozumel, walking away from the waterfront, as we were trying to find a more local-feeling place. When we saw this restaurant on the corner, we decided this was it. After a friendly greeting, we were seated in an outdoor courtyard table, which was great. I had the lobster tacos and while not huge,... More

For some reason this place is NEVER full. We just don't get why. We go here at least once per visit to Coz and it has never disappointed. I usually get the mixed grill (because I can't make up my mind) and there's always a couple of things in there that I really really enjoy. Why you would get chicken... More

We ate twice at La Lobsteria, once for a lobster taco lunch and came back the next day for grilled lobster dinner (350 pesos). It was low season in September, and we were the only customers both times. We enjoyed talking with Omar, the owner. The food was really good, and the salsa was the best we had in Cozumel.

The restaurant was off the main road by a few blocks. Nothing really around the restaurant. I had the chicken tacos which were pretty good. My husband had the lobster. He said it was good, but not the best he's had. They didn't show the price of the lobster. They bring you a few choices and you pick which one... More
