The outdoor patio seating was beautiful. The service was attentive and friendly. The food was exceptional, a special find in Cozumel. The grouper was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. My fiancé ordered the filet and did have to send it back to be cooked a bit more. He likes his meat medium well which is difficult with a very thick... More

We were celebrating our anniversary in Cozumel and had this place recommended for us. A reservation was made for us and as soon as we showed up for it we were brought to a nice table that was somewhat private. The outdoor space at this restaurant is beautiful and doesn't make you feel like you're in the middle of town.... More

...and I love grouper! I love to see them when I am diving and I love have it out for dinner. Kinto nailed the fish with a fusion of pumpkin seed topping that added just a special crunch for the dish. We both had grouper and it was spot on. Side dishes of veggies added well and we ended the... More

The food at Kinta Bistro is likely the best available in Cozumel. It is a mix of local flavor and contemporary cuisine. Their black bean soup, Peskado Koketo fish and Chile Relleno vegetable dish are exceptional. The front of the restaurant can be a bit deceptive, but venture in and enjoy the courtyard sitting area. The food unquestionably deserves a... More

My family always loves to have dinner at Kinta each time they visit Cozumel. The experience last night was fantastic as always. For appetizers there was black bean soup - one of our our all time favorites - plus the takos de pastor and another choice on the menu that was new to us, the minichiladas (little enchiladas) but that... Kinta brought a new level of dining to Cozumel when it opened. It is graceful and elegant dining in a beautiful island setting. The menu is a gourmet delight. Their wine is smooth and delicate. The staff is outstanding and you can always expect the Chef/Owner to drop by your table and visit.

This and its sister restaurant, Kondesa, are probably the two foodie restaurants on the island. I live in New York, and I was still impressed.

Attentive service, excellent food, beautiful intimate atmosphere. We ended up booking the Cooking Workshop the next day because the food was delicious. Thanks Chef Kriss for a great dinner and a fabulous cooking class the following day!

We had dinner at Kinta on July 24-awesome meal overall! We started with the special ahi tuna on tostadas, had the catch of the day with pumpkin seed crust, sweet potato purée and finished with a bread pudding with banana ice cream. Great service, atmosphere, food, and the cute cat that kept coming by our table. Reasonable wine and beer... More
